Polite and efficient on the phone. On time, polite and efficient when dealing with the wasps' nest in our garden - with some advice to boot. Exactly what was needed :-)

Indigo responded very quickly and professionally to our problem (moths inside and wasps outside). They came and gave us advice and a quote (unlike the big boys who didn't turn up). They arrived to do the work exactly at the time agreed, did what we'd agreed, also gave us loads and loads of extra advice for free. They were polite, professional and very competent - and we'd gladly use them in the future if we get another infestation!! Thank you.

The local Council couldn't come for 2 weeks to sort out our rather large wasp nest problem in the roof void/guttering so phoned indigo pest control at 10 am and they were able to send out someone to deal that afternoon.

The person attending the job was very professional quick and cared for the property- eg ensured no shoes on the carpet and not to spray any chemicals near our child's bedroom.

We had a wasps nest issue which Indigo dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Alex turned up on time and was very polite, sorted the wasps in 20 minutes and was off again. Price was very reasonable. I will use them again if we have wasps or mice.

I had a wasps nest right by the lintel to my back door. Indigo were on time, polite, quick and efficient, and explained the procedure clearly. They were also reasonably priced compared to some of their competitors. I can't imagine going anywhere else if I need similar services again.

I saved Indigo's number from 2011 when I called them out to a wasp's nest. This morning I called again with another nest. I was so relieved to get an appointment by lunchtime. I got a call from the pest controller to say he was on his way and he was punctual, polite and has sorted the problem. I would definitely recommend this company.

I found a wasp nest in an empty bedroom and Indigo came out immediately to sort out the problem. Alex was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

I was very impressed with the service we received with Indigo Pest Control. They were incredibly professional and manged our mice situation perfectly, the follow up showed the poison had been taken and we haven't had any issues since.

I would highly recommend to friends who need pest control in their homes.

Would highly recommended Alex at Indigo - our mouse problem was thoroughly investigated and the visits were never rushed. Alex is very knowledgeable and provided a lot of extra advice regarding our problem.

It was fairly quickly (but after a proper inspection of possible access points etc)established that my issue was not a rat but a trapped pigeon. Pigeon speedily extricated from ceiling space. Really helpful and tidy service. Very happy and reassured customer. .

I called Alex from indigo on the off chance they would be kind enough to investigate an issue I had with rats in a Chiswick property we have, I must say the response was immediate and the diagnostic of the issue was explained and delt with in a very professional manner. We have used pest control companies before and had no joy from the experiences so we were not expecting the result we got... Fantastic very very happy with the service and would fully recommend Indigo pest control.
