I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size when I ordered my tights, and the customer service I received was exceptional. They told me to keep the first pair I ordered and sent me the correct size completely free of charge. I love my tights and they fit well. Thank you!

BEWARE
BEWARE - SCAM ALERT ⚠️🚨This company Nymbus LLC has the deceitful practice of offering you a discount upon check up and when you take it, they will automatically sign you up to a monthly "VIP" subscription. So, the "cheap" thighs will end up costing you hundreds. They mock your intelligence by saying that you agreed to the subscription and that they are clear, when in reality there is no clear nor explicit language in the "$10 off" box you check stating something like "by checking the box you'll subscribe to" something not any area where you can either accept or decline any subscription. They refused to refund the entirety of the money taken from me. I reached out to PayPal and to my bank but Nymbus LLC still got away with $34.71, so the pair of tights I believe was a one-time payment ended up costing me $54, and with that I can get about 10 pairs at another Chinese store, because these are too made in China. If you live in the U.S. report this to BBB and to the Federal Trade Commission and any other social media so other innocent people don't fall for this scam! I saw a report of a poor person who only realized this scam when this scammers took over $800 from her. This is a real headache!

I wanted to change the color of my tights before they went out. I was too late…they had been already. Ashley went out of her way for customer satisfaction, she sent me the color and size I requested. Even though Ashley put in the request for the size. They sent the wrong size, Ashley made it right. I had great customer service thanks to Ashley.

Poor quality, poor delivery time
First, I ordered two pair of their tights and it took literally weeks to get them and several emails regarding the shipping timeframe.
Second, finally got the tights and the first time wearing them there was a run in the toe area. Contacted the company and of course all apologetic and promised to send a replacement pair at not further cost.
Third, that replacement pair has NEVER arrived (one month later) yet I keep getting notices to rate my dealing.
Buyer beware, I will never purchase from them again!
** current date 05/27/2026, still waiting on replacement tights. Yes, they stay in contact when prompted but you’ve heard the saying a “slow boat from China”….how true!

Planned Trip
My trip was planned visit family in Florida. Placed my order a month in advance, however a family member passed away which the date of flight changed. Tights were to arrive 2wks before my departure. Tights never arrived which I was disappointed. Fast forward: Tights arrived, correct size on package wrong size in package. Team member worked over and beyond reaching out for Tights to arrive but no success. When I shared my next experience not only was I refunded my money back also was given a pair Tights my correct size. My initial order was disappointing, the kindness from customer service Ashley was very apologetic her kindness going over and beyond, im actually will order from your company again and share with others As well. So much for indestructible… After just a few wears I have developed a hole in the toe area of my tights. And now today they have started a run. So much for durable and lasting.
I do enjoy wearing them and they are super soft and comfortable.

The issue I had with Indestructible…
The issue I had with Indestructible tight was that I couldn’t order on the website on weekends. It kept saying no access for payment. When I saw my payment on Monday, I saw my order on Monday, I saw a double order and payment. Waiting on that delivery.

This is a trap
This is a trap! Do not buy from this company. They send you tights, they are not good and everything but "indestructible". But when you checkout with PayPal they charge your account again and again for nothing! And you will not be able to get your money back. Beware of that!!
