I’ve used Indeemo for several projects over the past 8 years and they’ve consistently had the best customer service of any research platform I’ve worked with. The tool is flexible and open enough to adapt to a wide range of research needs, allowing me to apply it to many different study types with ease.

Their team is always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and truly a joy to work with. Whether it’s support or customer ops managers, every interaction has been stellar.

I’ve also been impressed with their AI feature- it seems ahead of some competitors’, both in usability and output quality.

Because of all this, Indeemo has become my go-to tool for any remote or diary studies. Highly recommended!

I regularly use Indeemo to capture accurate, in the moment behaviour that's often difficult to do directly in a 1-1 interview and it always adds so much depth and colour to the research i'm doing.

I've had low drop outs, high engagement and detailed responses - often video when using Indeemo which I really value. The tagging and ease of video clipping makes the analysis really quick and easy to do, which i've not found with other tools like this.

I also appreciate the level of support and expertise the team provide - they're always on hand to make sure you're maximising your study, with suggestions and tweaks on how to make more effective.

I used Indeemo for video diaries with internal employees at our company for research.

What I like: the deliverable itself is really helpful and makes the process of interviewing so much quicker. Respondents provide thoughtful responses when they have time to sit and think on the prompt for a minute. The AI summary function was pretty good and is also a big time saver. Customer Service with Indeemo is pretty good too, they're responsive quickly.

What could use improvement: we had a lot of recruitment challenges that could have been avoided if the sign-up process for interviewees was not as complicated. Respondents first have to let you know they're interested in doing a project, then you have to manually add their provided emails into their system, and finally the respondents have to download the app to their phones (and phones have to be newer models) via the email they provided, all before they can even start a study. It might not sound like a lot, but we certainly lost many people between indicating interest and downloading the app. I am not sure if there is a solution on Indeemo's end, but it has us hesitating before using on projects with limited sample sources again and/or sensitive subject matters. This also might be less of an issue with customer research, tracking studies, and/or research that is not as sensitive in nature.

We’ve used Indeemo for three years, and the platform gets better every year. They roll out new features regularly, their customer service is fast and genuinely helpful, and they’re always available to support project planning or answer questions. Their meetups and check-ins make it easy to stay aligned on research goals.
The new integration with Respondent.io has been a major upgrade, giving us access to a wider range of participants and making recruitment much easier.
Overall, Indeemo delivers real value and keeps improving. Staying with them is an easy decision

Indeemo has fast become by favourite and 'go-to' app for a wide array of qualitative projects. This includes in-depth self ethnography to follow a smaller group of participants across 1-2 weeks, as well as shorter, shaper 'in the moment' research with higher numbers, or simply getting some real people talking about an issue and feeding that back to a client in a visualising compelling way.

What I like most is the way the platform continues to innovate and get better - with recent additions the ability to recruit directly from qual panels; AI analytical tools, the ability to easily create video reels (rather than downloading individual clips and having to 'do something' with them) and now adding in the ability to combine the self-guided tasks with live IDIs.

Technical support is good and answers promptly, and the team I've dealt with are all really personable and focused on giving a great customer experience (which they always do).

The website looks pretty and makes you think indeemo will ne easy to use. Once you dive in, you realize how clumsy the product offering is, how confusing it is for mobile users, and how much support you will need to update task instructions and do other tasks that should be seamless in an enterprise tool.

Way too much Account Management/Support is needed to run a basic diary study, and there is no way for you to set up a project without them! Better providers are available for this type of research. We also had multiple issues experienced by participants with the android and iOS apps.
