Dont work with indeed flex as they are too strict with there policys if you make a mistake

There would have been a lot of jobless students in the UK. Indeed has help alot of students to get experience in different job roles.

Indeed flex has really help me in getting part-time jobs. The shifts are flexible, you can pick them base on your availability and the pay is good also.

Indeed has been a temporary rescue place for someone that's new in UK. The payment is always on time and for holiday pay. I've really enjoyed working through indeed flex.

Very good platform for a quick short term or long term job on the comfort of booking on your phone whenever it suits you

Great support from Indeed Flex, cannot fault, main issue is that shifts shown on the day mostly, too last minute.

Unfortunately, last 2 years there are not enough shifts. Used to be busy agency. Going down the hill. Been with agency from beginning. Even I have platinum profile for good working experience, no shifts available.

Very little work, less than one shift a month. Most shifts are so short it’s not worth turning up to with travel costs. When they book a shift and it gets changed they black mark you if you for not turning up to the shift they cancelled. Then you get chased for admin. Not the work or expectations promised in recruitment.

Been kicked off indeed flex as apparently I didn’t turn up to a shift I appealed but cause they want to keep there clients happy they took there side so now I’m money down on travel and me working about £140 altogether with no repercussions

My experience with Indeed flex has been very disappointing so far, due to their poor internal culture and lack of employee support. There appears to be a strong bias toward client feedback, often at the expense of their own staff. Rather than conducting a fair and thorough investigation when issues arise, they tend to act solely based on the client's account. In my case, this led to my account being banned without opportunity for discussion or clarification. This approach reflects a concerning disregard for fairness, employee welfare and due process.

Good pay and on time.
Not a lot of work.

Indeed Flex is a great place for flexible opportunities, they have been very helpful, however there have been a decline in opportunities for a while now and too many people available on the app without many shifts. But overall they are doing great.

Great agency

It’s ok. They have way too many people signed up so it’s very difficult to find work outside of December . Half the time the job descriptions are not accurate so you could sign up to do car tending and do nothing relating to bar tending . Also you can get sent home after 4 hours even though you signed up for a shift that may be 6-8-10-12 hours long and the venue faces no repercussions and you receive 0 compensation . Essentially the work isn’t really flexible or available you have no power . This review is written after 10 months of experience and honestly balanced

Indeed flex is a great opportunity if you want the flexibility.
When i do not get enough hours in my regular place, i always pick up some shifts.
The payment is always on time and you can even withdraw half of your earning after you finish,
I have been with indeed flex a few years and never had an issue.
