I have been working for Indeed Flex for less than a year and work has been frequent, with shifts available on a daily basis. They also offer training, to better your skills, which results in even more shifts.

They use modern AI technology to conduct interviews, which means they are not biased in decisions on who gets job offers.

Finally, you are rewarded when your client gives you a high rating. The higher your rating, the more visibile you are to employers, which means, you get more job offers

Being able to clock in and clock out through the app is awesome. You don’t have to worry about accuracy.

A little confusing how to and where to start to get shifts but once you get there it’s super easy. Enjoying using the app.

To be verified (so you can apply for the locked jobs), you need to book an interview by applying for an unlocked role in your area. It always says that there were some, and I am qualified for the roles that I apply for, but when I do, it says that I do not match the criteria, meaning that I cannot get verified, so then I cannot actually get a single shift! It's been a year as well!🙄

I installed the app long time ago but actually checked it thoroughly. However, recently I started to use the app and I found out there is no job available. Everything is locked. I asked them support team, they said I have to apply for a job after that they will verify my RTW! Only after that I can apply for jobs. But the funny thing is there is no job available to apply.

No rules for driving are followed expected to drive for 11hours with no break staff is rude that don't ever reply to u when problems arise

It was great before. Not anymore! One of the oldest ones since it was syft. Summer time jobs are disappearing as unqualified students take over roles such as bartending or barista jobs without having a clue of what they’re doing. I’ve experienced working with other “baristas,” who don’t know what is macchiato or cortado.
Jobs should be released first to experienced ones serving the platform and then to the others. Instead, the instruction now is first come first served. Nonetheless the app has not automatically updated itself! When you realise that you aren’t seeing enough shifts you need to go on Apple app store and update it yourself. A very common practice when there is not enough shifts to everyone during summer time.

It's flexible work and flexible pay. Allows users access to part of their earnings before pay day.
However, people tend to be offered shifts far from their location which leads to increased transportation cost.

Syft and its app had a very successful start. Back then, the company showed greater commitment to its employees, encouraging Syfters to work to acquire and retain satisfied clients, also offering Syft gifts due to commitment or excellent work contribution for the client's work requirements and the opportunity to meet the office people who make the app work smoothly. They also focused on allowing Syfters to represent the company and recommend people or connect with other Syfters using their referral promo code. They also offered training packages for career development, such as the ability to apply for sous chef, head chef, or manager positions. Professional development was available, and when it came to cancellation policies, they understood the situation. They took action and tried to help where possible, but now it's like being on strike; no matter what evidence you presented, they would say, "There's nothing we can do about it." Furthermore, the salary requirement was flexible, not fixed. While the app is good, there should be some adjustments when a customer cancels due to overbooking; for example, they should receive full payment, as it's not the fault of Indeedflex or the flexers. It also offers greater professional development and the ability to update one's resume, allowing flexers to be considered for other higher positions. This gives flexers the opportunity to improve their rating stars as these ratings are easy to lose and it's difficult to raise to the current level, which can be due to poor management by the client management team. Furthermore, since the app's rebranding, many flexers have lost jobs from their former clients, which, on some level, is positive because it allows us to explore new locations and work with excellent clients. The recommendations regarding Indeedflex App should also create a website format like they do have for the Employee format which is website-based, with the aim of Flexers to upload CV’s and other relevant information and documents.

I've been working with IndeedFlex for a few years now. I'm very happy, as long as you're an experienced professional, respect the hospitality rules, there will always be good paid jobs for you. The managers have been giving me 50-60/hours/week if I have the will to work.
