Does not deserve 1 star,I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My winnings were completely denied and my balance was removed under the claim that I used "multiple coupons in a row."
The casino is digging up free coupons that I redeemed over a year ago (back in 2025) to invalidate a completely separate, individual coupon used today (June 21, 2026). It makes absolutely no sense to tie a current redemption to transactions from a year ago. Furthermore, I have actively made a real-money crypto deposit today following this play, meaning my account is fully in compliance.
Denying a legitimate payout over ancient history is incredibly unfair. I have requested an escalation to management, and if this is not resolved and my winnings are not honored, I will be taking this dispute directly to external player-advocacy and mediation boards like AskGamblers. Avoid this platform if you expect transparent terms.

Won some cash on one of their affiliated casinos called Captain Jack, but they wouldn't pay out. I messaged customer service repeatedly and got nowhere, and eventually, they started ignoring me. Had to file a complaint with AskGamblers.com to get paid.

I would leave zero stars if I could. They never paid me the money that I won. They gave me the runaround over and over again telling me they needed this and that etc etc. They needed this and that from my bank. It was a mess I went back-and-forth with them for six weeks. Until a lightbulb came on, and I thought to check the reviews and that was the moment I realized they were not gonna pay me the money that I won. It was only a couple hundred dollars, but it was basically what I spent. I thought I was gonna be getting it back and it never happened. There’s good mobile casinos out there but this isn’t one of them.

I was blocked from Inclave today and the only actions I have ever made there was signing up, accepting the free spins offered, and playing their online slot games.... So why was I blocked? Is really a good gambling site you just can't get you winnings from them on a timely basis. I am owed over $40,000 some as old as 3 months and I call and write almost daily and I get it in drips and dribbles. I am ready to go to the attorney generals office for help.

For example today, in one of their games, i knew 100% where grand jackpot exists using my robots. I opened first two cases, both had grand jackpot like my robots say, when i went to last sure case, their AI stoped a while and changed the case of the grand jackpot. And i was watching all.

I have been losing 10k-40k per month for almost a year. I have never initiated a withdrawal before. Finally, I won some back. They advertise that VIP5 has a withdrawal limit of $7500 per week. They pay $2500 every other week. They drag on my payouts and tell me I have to wait until after it is approved in order to get my weekly and monthly cashback for losses exceeding my winnings. Then after the withdrawals are approved, they deny my cashbacks saying that they cant go back more than a week or two. But they delay withdrawals past a month. In their Terms & Conditions, they say withdrawals will be reviewed 7-10 business days. Then it will be sent 7-10 business days. To this day, my withdrawals have been delayed past 3 months. So now they told me if I deposit and play every day then I can get my winnings. Why would I deposit more when they do not pay on time? They now have closed all deposit options in the sites that I am winning at. If you are on a lucky streak on a game, they will reset your gameplay with a message, “Logged out due to inactivity.” Horrible group of casinos. I won they did not pay here us every conversation and email and lack of funds. There crooks let you win then don't pay took my deposit money and never sent my winnings. Trust pilot tell me how to load all my proof 25 plus photos of conversations. ?
