Very informative and reliable. I am glad I did this food sensitivity testing, and it aligned closely with a similar test I did with another reputable company. The information has helped tremendously, as it is difficult to identify triggers to delayed reactions. I take one star off because the comprehensive test did not include testing for chai and hemp, even though the company offers this testing. Also, I requested some alternative recipes to exclude certain ingredients which I know give me migraines, but my request was denied. Otherwise, excellent!

Firstly the website has the best information on food intolerances and their testing. Customer service was helpful and answered any questions I had. The testing and all parts of the process were exactly as described. The test results are meant to get done within 10 - 14 business days but my results came through even a bit faster than that. I was suprised but happy that it was about $200 cheaper with a GP referral. It was the first time myself and my GP had done this test and both of us were very impressed by the results. I had had repeated headaches, fatigue and nausea happening for many years and done various other blood tests, scans, etc with various different health professionals and found no cause. From this test I have finally found why it was happening! I found there were several foods which I consumed every day that I had an intolerance to. As soon as I eliminated those from my diet, I felt a lot better within 24 hours. The following day I felt great! I am very excited about using the results and can highly recommend it. The results make sense to me. The value to me (and all those who interact with me regularly) is immense and completely worth every dollar.

I experienced efficiency....good customer service from the Australian reps.
Report appeared to be comprehensive though I discovered quite a few false negatives and false positives, so still had lots of work to do. Lots of mistakes still being made because of the false results.
I totally understand what the response (below) says, and have taken that into account of late, but I think it would be useful for Imupro information prior to testing outline all this potential contradictions in outcomes, for customers....

Rosy Bartaa is not my name. In fact perhaps this explains why I think the food sensitivity test results were not mine, as they did not reflect my known sensitivities (gluten, dairy etc) or reflect the foods that I regularly eat..Over the years I have had this test done regularly by other companies and I feel that I know what to expect within reason ie sensitivity to foods regularly consumed. This is not the case. I do not have a record of the date of my test.

ImuPro did what I had expected. I have got a comprehensive analysis and explanation. It confirmed certain intolerances which I was suspecting that I have and revealed some surprising new ones. Good job. As regards the results of following the diet it is too early to judge. I see some improvements but I still have some digestive problems.
