Our experience at this clinic was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we landed in Izmir until the very last day of our stay, we were treated with genuine care, respect, and attention to every detail.

The entire team — the clinic owner, the receptionists, the dentists, their assistants, and especially our coordinator Aleyna — were incredibly professional, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of at every step.

My husband already enjoys his beautiful new smile thanks to his veneers, which look amazing and completely natural. I started my implant treatment and will be returning in February to complete it. Even now, I couldn’t be happier with the results and the quality of care I received.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professionalism, high-quality dental work, and true patient care. It’s a place where you can truly smile — not only after your treatment but from the very first day you arrive. 💙

I been having issues with broken/damage or bad tooth for the past few years and my confidence was at zero. I hesitated at first to do this but I felt I had nothing to loose as my tooth was already bad.

I looked up a few clinics in Turkey and narrowed them down. I chose Imp Orth in the end after speaking to Zeynep one of their Dental Coordinator. She was so helpful and even arranged for me to have a facetime telephone conversation with the manager who then showed me around the clinic and explained the treatment plan in more detail. Zeynep put me at ease and made me feel confident in the treatment plan.

I travelled with my husband, mum and two children (15 and 9). My mum and husband also had full treatment. I had 5 implants and a full mouth of Zirconia crowns.

On arrival at the airport we were greeted in a luxurious people carried and brought to the hotel which was superb. We felt like royalty. We arrived late night so did not attend the clinic until first thing in the morning. All travel and accommodation was paid for by the clinic including all transfers to and from the clinic. Upon arrival at the clinic we were greeted by Zeynep who introduced us to the team. The clinic was very lovely, bright and clean. All staff were friendly and made you feel comfortable. Zeynep stayed with us throughout our treatment just in case there was anything which we didn't understand. We had Zeynep's mobile phone throughout our visit so if there were any questions or if you need any help I knew she was there to ask. All staff spoke English.

Zeynep was very helpful she went out of her way to go to the shops to get the children snacks whilst we were having our treatment. Nothing was too much for her. The treatment process was done in 3 days.

We were at the clinic on the first day for the longest and the rest of the days for a couple of hours so we got to spend some time at the hotel and visiting Izmir which was a beautiful place.

Been back home now for 2 months and no issues. My confidence is back to 100% and I am able to eat all foods. I have recommended this clinic and Zeynep to all my friends and colleague because they are simply amazing.

I especially want to thank Zeynep for all her help and for giving me all this confidence back. It is truly appreciated.

I can’t recommend ImpOrth Smile Studio and my co-ordinator Dilara more than enough.

I reached out to ImpOrth around March of this year via WhatsApp and was immediately introduced to Dilara. The level of customer service was second to none, always on the end of the phone, extremely reassuring and honest throughout. Dilara is very knowledgeable and professional, always making sure I was bought in but not pushy like other dental practices.

Provided me with a treatment plan suited to my needs and expectations and a pricing structure that was extremely competitive for what I was receiving.

Dilara and ImpOrth organised my transfers from every destination and my accommodation, which I asked to change unnecessarily.

I was made to feel valued and welcomed from the moment I landed in Izmir.

Now for the fun part - I haven’t been to a dentist in nearly 20 years, only emergency aspects when having teeth removed, so the fears I have took control at times but during the process there was little to no pain at all. Don’t get me wrong once the medicine wears off and you have left the dentist, of course you feel sensitivity and an element of pain but nothing I couldn’t handle.

The practice is modern, clean and everyone is so friendly. They give proper consultations and correct advice at every avenue. I was in the chair 3 times over 3 days and I am over the moon with my new teeth (will take a little time to get used to)

I’ve already recommended family to ImpOrth and advised them to deal with Dilara as she truely is an asset to an already great company.

Your comfort and expectations are their priority and that never waivers.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

So happy and the fear of the dentist is slowly fading due to these guys.

Good job done by all the staff; everyone was welcoming friendly and respectful; the co-ordinator Dilara is absolutely lovely she was knowledgeable and helpful with all enquiries; putting a person at ease, to helping with delayed luggage!

The whole experience is worth every penny; I love the outcome/look of my veneers they look like how they should have be many years ago…..natural, straight and brighter/ not super white Natural!
So don’t hesitate I’ll advise anyone to do their research; talk to the co-ordinators ask as much questions, procedures what will take place etc.
I would have given 5stars however, my travelling experience was horrible FYI don’t stop anywhere in Germany!!

Very informative friendly and kind people I was very nervous and anxious but they are absolutely amazing I would highly recommend if you have any doubts these are the go to clinic.
They have onsight laboratory so the visits are reduced compared to others.
From the minute I arrived until I came home their care is excellent 👍 my liaison lady Alena is simply the most wonderful person. The treatment is fantastic I have no pain or swelling and feel so much better than I ever thought. Please try them you will not regret it whatsoever I cannot wait to return in 3 months to have my permanent treatment xx

Excellent service from the first messsge sent to returning home, the care and attention my co ordinator alena gave me was outstanding. When i arrived in turkey i was immediately picked up and taken to the hotel, no waiting around no unnecessary stress, i was messaged daily with check ins and appointment times, which you are picked up for at the exact time no going in big groups and waiting around, then you are returned to where you would like to go, the clinic have a great relationship with the drivers and the hotel everything runs so smoothly, the clinic itself is beautiful and extremely hygienic the staff were all so friendly it was an absolute pleasure to be with them. The service they provide is 10/10 nothing is ever too much any changes you request down to the smallest touches are all carried out with no hesitations. I am over the moon with my new teeth and smile it’s given me the confidence boost i needed,

I’ve been home a month since getting 26 crowns at importh smile studio.
The booking process was easy you just send them confirmation of your flights.
When you arrive the private transfers are waiting for you, the hotel was perfect for me and your co-ordinator is only a WhatsApp away at all times.

All the dental staff where so lovely and I was extremely scared to the point I was uncontrollably shaking and crying and my dentist had nothing but time for me and didn’t start until I felt ready, she gave me breaks along the way and kept me informed of what was being done and why I needed it.

They worked endlessly to correct and give me my perfect smile and I’ve had no pain from the day my permanent teeth where put in.

I can’t thank importh enough and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a trusting dentist!

On arrival I had an x-ray and a consultation and confirmed the original plan suggested firm the pic’s I had sent was confirmed. As Dr Erginbaş started work, I knew I was in good hands. The translator / coordinator, Dilara was fantastic! ImpOrth is better equipped than my UK dentist! Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting ImporthSmile , Izmir Turkey for a full dental set of Zirconium crowns.

From the moment I contacted Importh Smile the communication was outstanding from Aleyna (International Co-ordinator)on whatsapp, clear, prompt, friendly and incredibly professional. Aleyna walked me through every step of the process, from travel arrangements to treatment options, and made me feel completely at ease.

The dental clinic itself is modern, clean, immaculate and equipped with state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology. The whole team, from the reception, dental assistants to the dentists themselves, were warm, highly experienced and genuinely cared about my comfort and satisfaction.

Dr Sezai took the time to explain each procedure thoroughly, ensuring I felt informed and confident throughout.

Even though I had quite severe dental anxiety, I was assured by the team it would be well managed. I can honestly say the treatment went according to plan as discussed. I suffered no pain during both tooth extractions, filling and implant surgery.

All my fears were put to rest. The cost was as stated on Whatsapp, which was a very good price, i had a small additional cost for sedation to help my anxiety and two titanium implants that were required due to two of my teeth being loose. Taking an additional £500 would be sensible to the price quoted for any unforeseen surprises. All other costs for extraction, fillings, root canal, moulds, temp teeth for a day and the zirconium crowns were included in the quote given on whatsapp.

The results? Absolutely life-changing. My new smile looks and feels amazing. Thankyou to the Importh team and special thanks to Aleyna and Dr Sezai, I highly recommend Importh Smile Studio.

My experience at this clinic was one of the most traumatic health-related encounters I’ve ever had. As a woman traveling alone, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this clinic.

From the beginning, I was vulnerable — anxious and seeking trustworthy care. The manager initially appeared empathetic and understanding, especially regarding my dental anxiety. However, in hindsight, this seemed to be a carefully crafted psychological approach aimed more at securing a sale than providing genuine care.

What followed was a deeply distressing journey. After the treatment, I was left with visibly misaligned teeth, persistent sensitivity to hot and cold, and gum recession that continues to cause pain and trap food debris under the crown. Despite raising these concerns, I was met with dismissiveness. The entire team stood around me insisting everything looked fine — despite clear visual issues. It felt like I was being emotionally manipulated, not supported.

They gave the impression that they would fix the problems, but when I returned, nothing had been corrected. Once payment was made, no one took accountability for the mistakes or the resulting damage to my oral health.

To this day, I am left with toothache, unresolved dental issues, and the emotional toll of regretting what I believed would be an improvement. I miss the natural gap in my teeth and my healthy original teeth, which were filed down unnecessarily for crowns. I now see that this was the wrong decision — one made in good faith, but ultimately taken advantage of.

This clinic, in my experience, does not prioritize patient care or long-term outcomes. It was not a reliable or ethical environment, and I am still searching for an affordable and trustworthy dentist to repair the consequences of their actions.

Had an amazing experience at Importh smile studio, from start to finish, very relaxed service , dilara was great she explained everything to me properly , made me feel very comfortable, any thing i needed to know she replied straight away, she gave me a quote over what’s app from my pictures, when I got to the the clinic and had a X-ray I did need extra treatment and this was at no extra cost, I payed the same price I was quoted, full set off zirconium crowns and 2 implants, all transfers , hotel & breakfast lovely stay,all in ! the whole process was painless , they numb you up good 🤣 was alll completed over 3 days, I would definitely recommend these guys for your perfect smile, thanks again for giving me my confidence back xxxx

From start to finish it was great, expected a long process however the team were efficient and very helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly. For someone very nervous about dentists in the UK, this experience completely cured that fear. The patient coordinator Yaren was great and there for the full process.
