The offices are extremely well presented. The staff are super friendly and Chirag, the advisor, gave sound advice and knew all the options for my wife and I.

I've been with Chriag since just before he started his own company, Imperial Wealth Advisory. It's a pleasure to be one of his clients, always keeping me informed on updates. His service is outstanding. I had an occasion to be able to meet up with Chriag & his lovely team recently. I was very warmly welcomed. After the appointment Chriag insisted on paying for a taxi to get me home safely. He's a real gentleman. I would definately reccomend his company.

Very efficient and professional experience
It's still early days in terms of my involvement with imperial wealth advisory so trying to review this type of service involves reserving judgement to a certain extent. But from my own personal experience so far I can say that my retirement advice and pension transfer was handled in a very efficient and professional manner and all the team have been very friendly and helpful. The True Potential portal is also very useful. I would suggest that it might be helpful to make some sort of follow up contact after a pension transfer of this sort is completed to give some reassurance to a new customer about the next steps and that their plan is on track - particularly in view of the general economic situation at present.
