Absolutely delighted. Jean, Vincencio and Ryan I am speechless the dedication, the attention to detail they worked so hard, you can see they are passionate about what they do. They were very clear about the plan which they confirmed before starting and reassured me every step of the way. They were very polite, courteous and super professional. Also the team who arrange the bookings as well do initial inspections and measuring are absolutely top tier so professional excellent communication. I highly recommend this company. And the grass is super soft. Literally over the moon. Thank you thank you thank you. My garden looks so clean - oh yes they clean up too and very well. You won't be disappointed.

We just got our garden done and it looks amazing. The company was very easy to talk to, they were very accommodating with our schedules and most importantly they were really quick in booking us in and in doing the job itself. They left everything tidy after they finished. Would totally recommend them😊

The Artificial Grass was installed by Jay and his 2 young colleagues on a very hot day in May 2026 (80 degrees +). Having not had Artificial Grass before i was a bit dubious and kept a close eye. I need not fear as they worked tirelessly and the attention to detail was excellent. They also cleaned up superbly after themselves even hosing the drive down. I must say i am very impressed with their work ethic, the finish is excellent and the cost was less than 2 other companies that quoted. Add to this the proffesionalism of the ladies i spoke with at head office. I would highly recommend.

First booking cancelled last minute due to van issues. Second appointment I could see
Brush not starting but never told by employee. They used blower more so it looked ok. Not worth £250 maintenance paid.

Recently had my garden done by this company and was happy with both the work and the price. Would definitely advise anyone looking to get any similar work done very trustworthy great quality and great work.

Lovely team who stayed to make sure things were perfect and even came back on a Saturday to make sure it was done properly. It's completely transformed the garden and it's so lovely to be able to take my little one out into the garden without worrying.

So pleased we chose this company to do our artificial grass. Very professional and friendly staff all round. Everything surveyed and organised via the office and materials and skip delivered when stated. Shane and the actual work team were amazing, they worked both days solid and the end result is excellent.

Imperial Grass supplied me with grass that was longer along one edge than the joining peice, thereby creating a very noticably join. Other Joins are very good. They will not fix the obvious problem so I have too take them to a small claims court to solve the problem. Their after salse service is rubbish.
