Amazing surveyor we have used them several times already and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again a couple of properties looked amazing but discovered hidden major problems obviously if the current vendor is willing to negotiate then it can be ironed out..
Professional advice fully explained also background checks of services they are so helpful that if you require a breakdown of repair costs to give you an idea of costs involved to renegotiate with that is another service they provide also must say excellent value for money 100% recommend all the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly

Excellent service and thorough report

First time house buyer wanting to use a good, reliable local company to do a house survey on a 1970/80's property. Came across Imperial Surveyors. Competatively priced. Emailed to request a booking. Highlighted some areas we wanted specific attention paid to. Date agreed. Paid about a week before and received the detailed survey report the week after the survey. Report was detailed and easy to follow.

Imperial Surveys offered an excellent service from start to finish. There were a few issues that I raised with the property before hand and they went the extra mile to analyse these issues in detail, the survey came back a few days later which was extremely thorough, I would definitely recommend.

Great service from start to finish. We had a Level 3 survey carried out and it was a really thorough report and the report was returned to us on time. The issues discovered in the survey meant we did not go ahead with the purchase of the property but we will definitely be using the company again once we find a new property. The booking process was straightforward and the date for the survey arranged quickly and ahead of the Christmas break.
