About my order number 7430.
About my order number 7430.
The delivery person has called me for delivery and that time i didn’t received any otp and he has gone back.
Then after 5 minutes the otp problem was sorted out then i called the delivery person then he told he will come on the next day.
I didn’t get any call on the next day and i have called to the customer care so they told it will be delivered on the next day.
Later when i checked it was showing the item is returned without my knowledge.
Very bad experience

Hi Aathira,
We're sorry to hear about your negative experience with the delivery of your item. It sounds like there was a breakdown in communication between you and the delivery person, which led to confusion and frustration on your part. However, we initiated the full refund against your order which will be reflected in your account within 5-7 days.
