While it's true that 99% of our boosters strictly follow Riot’s guidelines and never use unauthorized software, we deeply regret that your order appears to have been one of the rare exceptions. This is not something we take lightly.

Once we reviewed the situation, we immediately offered you a full 100% refund of your $10 order that you spent, even though account bans are ultimately at Riot's discretion and outside of our direct control. Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. After thoroughly reviewing your order, we’d like to clarify a few points for transparency.

You purchased a camo unlock service for MW3. We assigned two separate boosters to your order to ensure smooth delivery. Unfortunately, we encountered multiple in-game issues related to your account—specifically glitches that have been reported by other players in the MW3 community as well.

Initially, you requested the Kar98 camo unlock, but due to a persistent glitch, the camo could not be applied despite our team’s efforts. Upon informing you, you requested a full refund of $19, which we agreed to. Later, you changed your request and asked us to unlock a different weapon instead.

We reassigned the task to a different booster, who discovered that the new weapon also had previous camo progression inconsistent with regular gameplay. While we are not accusing you of using any external tools, this may have contributed to the issues experienced. Regardless, the booster started from scratch, but again encountered a glitch that made it impossible to proceed.

In light of this, we issued a full refund even before your 1 star review as we were unable to fulfill your order due to reasons beyond our control.

We understand your frustration, and we’re genuinely sorry the service didn’t meet your expectations. MW3 is an older title with known technical limitations that can unfortunately interfere with camo progression. We always aim to deliver a smooth and successful service, and we regret that this wasn’t the case here.

In these cases, placeholder pricing (typically $10) appears on the site. We do our best to communicate this clearly beforehand, and in most cases, customers reach out to confirm pricing before purchasing.

However, when purchases do go through under these incomplete listings, we always provide two options:

-Proceed with the correct service at the actual price.
-Receive a full refund for the initial $10 purchase—no questions asked.
