Couldn't be more happy with the service they provided! Great thing about IMB is how efficient they are in regards to advice, recommendations and delivery. Lee at IMB provided us with an exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble. We approached IMB to help find a mortgage for us and it needed to be dealt with very quickly. I used IMB to re-mortgage my property. It was something I had known I'd needed to do for some time, but had been putting off as I thought the process would be complicated and painful. It wasn't and I wish I'd done it sooner as it could have saved me some sleepless nights. Sarah made the process simple and painless.
