I was very impressed by the professionalism and timeliness of everything. My results came back as inconclusive the first go around because I just barely didn't have enough blood in the vial. I got a call right away and they sent another kit, free of charge, that same day! Could not have been happier with the process. My only complaint is that I know I would have had a hard time collecting the sample if I hadn't had help.

I ordered Celiac maintenance lab work and was pleased with report and turnaround time. I plan to use again.

The test was easy to do and a very good price. Got results within a few days of mailing the blood sample in.

My 1st test didn't have enough blood to test and I was sent another test at no extra cost. I know the extra test at no cost can't be given often, but I was so grateful. My test for celiac was not conclusive, but I was helped on chat, phone and text. Fantastic customer service. I could have been told anything about my test results, but rather have a not conclusive than told something not true. I reccomend taking this testing system from this company.

Great experience & Jani went out of his way to help with some minor issues I had when ordering. Fantastic customer service and response to any questions. Also, super quick turn around!

I was so relieved to know that we could get my son Christian tested. His doctors have been unwilling, or unconvinced that it was necessary. We bought our kit from Amazon, received it quickly, had no trouble collecting the sample, and sent it in last Saturday. It's Monday night, after close of business, of the following week and we still do not have our results. Really this wouldn't be a huge deal, but my son has been in contact with one of their reps whom told him he would have the results by the end of last week. That obviously has come and gone, so he reached out again this morning, and again the rep said he should have results by the end of the day. Well it's almost 6 pm their time and still no results. My son is really bummed and stressed out, he keeps getting his hopes up only to be let down and that's not cool. It's not very professional to say one thing and do another.

**Edit.. after sharing my frustrations with Imaware, they are apologetic and are refunding me my money. I got clear feedback and that I appreciate.

Very fast and efficient way of checking for celiac disease. The instructions and steps are easy to follow and the results are returned very quickly. I much prefer doing this test at home than going to a doctor for basically the same steps and cost.
