I contacted you on IG on Friday morning, and you had the Hoop and tape delivered to us first thing on Monday so that she could tape it and use it this week. I find you service exceptional. in the past I have ordered 2 items on separate days, you have sent them in one parcel and sent a gift in Lieu of double postage. Again -Exceptional Service - Thank you
