Poor performance, inexistant communication and cutsomer service
I subscribed to their best hosting plan for a 1-year contract. The first 2 months, everything was working fine. Then, in December, after one of their server maintenance everything went south. We wasted countless hours with their technical support about this. Their sole argument was that our website had issues. We migrated it "as is" on 3 different hosters during that time and the website was running smoothly everywhere excepting Illirian Hosting. We shred them proofs and still, they were arguing the issue was from our website and not their servers.
On 2023, January 18th, I submitted a ticket to their affiliate and sales department about this issue and how the current performances were far from what we paid for and that was mentioned in their plan.
On the 29th, I did a reminder because I never received any reply from them. 7 months later, still no follow-up from them. At the end, I terminated the contract.
Avoid them like plague. A bunch of amateurs who are trying to sell themselves as professionals.

We must respectfully disagree with this claim based on our meticulous server logs and maintenance records, which indicate that the server was consistently running smoothly during the period you mentioned. Any challenges you encountered can likely be attributed to your cPanel settings, which, as per our service agreement, are your responsibility to configure to match your website's specific needs.
It's important to highlight an inconsistency in your review. On one hand, you expressed satisfaction with our services, while on the other hand, you reported server issues following the last maintenance. As our Live Support Chat conversation reflects, we advised you on the necessary adjustments to your website and cPanel settings. Regrettably, due to the misuse of our services, we were unable to issue a refund.
Your choice of language and the style of your review suggest a deliberate attempt to harm our company's reputation. We want to emphasize that such actions are considered an abuse of the review system and appear to be a conscious effort to unjustly tarnish our image.
We are committed to defending our company's reputation and integrity. Next week, we intend to file a lawsuit in Austria to address this matter properly by an Austrian Court. We firmly believe that the evidence we possess, including server logs, will validate our position that the server operated flawlessly.
We strongly urge you to reconsider the content of your fake review and its potential consequences. Failure to remove this misleading review may result in further legal action to protect our company's reputation. We hope that we can find a resolution to this matter without resorting to such measures.
