Taxa de transport 60 de LEI IN CONDITIILE IN CARE AR TREBUI SA FIE LIVRATA DIN BUCURESTI LA 100 DE KM DE MINE. COMPANIE PENIBILA, FARA ANGAJATI, FARA SERIOZITATE.

Am cumparat un produs (pat) si dupa ce l-am montat partial, am observat ca lipseste o piesa. Am incercat sa contactez firma, dar nu mi-au raspuns la mailurile mele. Am insistat, asa ca i-am contactat si telefonic si, intr-un final, au raspuns. Mi-au trimis piesa lipsa dupa 3-4 saptamani. Ikea Serviciu Clienti sunteti penibili. Multumesc Ikea.

+40 minute wait for phone customer service. Non-responsive afterwards via email. Endless mix-ups. Missing parts. Failing to send these.
It's like Ikea is trying really had to give customers the worst possible experience.
Crap services, beware
All is well if you can order online and don't need any of their help, but beware if you do. There is almost no way of getting in touch with them. If you call, you'll have to wait 30 minutes minimum, and that is if it doesn't get disconnected
Their chatbot is useless, don't even bother
Also, check and doublecheck their delivery service, you will almost always not receive your full order, and they could care less if you don't notice it right away
It's not what it used to be in the past, it's really bad
No one ever respond to the telephone, poor Customer Service, frustrating, not the Ikea that I experienced in the UK! Rubbish!
No one ever responds to the telephone, for such a huge company how can you trash your image like that, you should employ more people!!!! That ridiculous chat box is frustrating, all that it does is to direct you to do your own investigation to find an answer but you can't.
It tells me that orders over 399 lei is free of charge to pick up from Cluj-Napoca which is a collection point but when I select it it says that I have to pay 39 lei. I would like to ask for advise but no answer to the phone. So so disappointing, I have been buying from Ikea a lot in the UK and always have been so happy but your Ikea Romania is so so rubbish you need to invest more in Customer Service and definitely employ people who can respond online and to that telephone that no one ever does! So frustrating!

I ordered two pieces of white pillowcases from Ikea Băneasa Bucharest and I received one of them dirty with a blue pen. In this case how to use them? I order two because I wanted a set and now I can’t use them..

I bought products from Ikea store in Timisoara. I do not live in Romania, so I asked for a tax free form. They issued the tax form with everything needed. When I left the country, I got stamps from Customs, so everything was as it should be. When i came back home I wrote to the IKEA store in Romania, to ask where should I sent the forms for claiming the tax free. I was waiting for an answer for maybe 5 days. Everyday someone else was answering my emails, until I finally got the answer that I SHOULD FISICALLY BRING THE FORMS BACK TO THE STORE. I told them that I can send the originals via post if they could just tell me where, but they never answered me on that email. I have never heard so much nonsense. The communication was awful, not collaborating on any level … in every email i was explaining everything from the very beginning … so disappointed. It makes no sense to ask someone to fiscally bring the documents back to the store to claim the TAX FREE.

I placed an order for some furniture stuff 10 days ago, the delivery was scheduled for yesterday 23.07.2024 in Brasov but it never arrived. The scheduling time was between 9AM to 5PM and I was at home all day, to recive notification from Ikea that the delivery couldn't reach me but actually they never rang the door bell or phone notification. Tried reaching out to ikea for solutions, as the delivery is quite pricy approx 60 Euro but no success. Not to mention that on the transportation company track and trace system appears that they tried to deliver my stuff in Sibu, but the destination was Brasov which is 150 km away. I was on call with their customer support but they had no clue how to manage the situation...

Profoundly disappointing
I regret to inform you of the profoundly disappointing experience I have recently encountered with your services, which has been exceptionally below the standards expected from esteemed organizations such as yours.
We placed an order for 100 ergonomic chairs and promptly settled the invoice for the full quantity. However, upon delivery, we received only 99 chairs. While the installation of the chairs proceeded as scheduled, the arranged collection of remaining packaging has been egregiously mishandled. Despite assurances, I have been waiting since Tuesday for this collection, initially confirmed for Wednesday, then rescheduled to Thursday between 12-16. Regrettably, after dedicating the entire day and disrupting my work schedule, I was informed they would arrive today, Friday, by 15:00, only to be left waiting once more without any communication or arrival.
Furthermore, attempts to contact the assigned agent responsible for our order have been met with unresponsiveness. It was not until the end of the week, after reaching out to another colleague, that I received communication from Mr. Vlad, the B2B agent. Such lack of professionalism and responsiveness is deeply concerning.
This entire experience has been not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the reliability and customer service standards expected from both IKEA and Pronatur. As a customer who values efficiency and professionalism, I find this level of service unacceptable.
Over-promise, under-deliver is their motto😡
I made an order on 5/21 for some boxes and other stuff for moving. I had originally calculated that they will deliver it on 5/27 - it is normal to expect from them to deliver something in 3-5 business day (I stay in Cluj). Upon receiving an order confirmation I was notified that the delivery date is actually 5/23 - what a pleasant surprise! Looks like IKEA finally upping the game!
Comes Friday (5/24), no delivery, no feedback - nothing from them. I had to go to the website myself to look for any info regarding my delivery. They changed it to Monday (5/27) - just like that.
Don't know where big companies like IKEA are headed these days - you guys think you're too big to care about these reviews? About peoples' experiences with you?

Politica Ikea Romania ref la comenzile online este relativ anacronică.
Mai exact, eu am cont Ikea Family pe mai multe țări. Am efectuat o comanda pe site-ul Ikea Romania însă numărul de telefon a fost înregistrat ca fiind cel pt contul de pe alta țară (nu știu de unde a fost preluat, din moment ce fiecare cont este separat cu adrese de email diferite). Am observat această situație când am verificat detaliile comenzii in urma emailului de confirmare și am procedat, evident sa contactez serviciul de customer support pt rectificarea numărului de telefon de pe comanda.
De acolo insa am aflat cu stupoare că serviciul de comenzj online nu permite niciun fel de modificări o data ce comanda a fost preluata ceea ce este nu tocmai customer friendly. Singura posibilitate a fost de a anula comanda, ceea ce am și făcut și mă voi reorienta către alte magazine cu procese mai normale dpdv experiență clienți.
Nu am întâlnit acesta problema (de a modifica datele de contact) la niciun alt magazin online; nici în România nici în străinătate.
In plus, tariful lor de livrare pentru produse mici este exorbitant in comparație cu competiția - mai exact pentru câteva iteme mici am avut 25 de lei livrare in București în timp ce la alte firme mult mai mici pentru aprox acelasi numar de produse am avut 12 lei livrarea...

No customer service, very expensive delivery, and a lot of the products presented in the online shop are marked as unavailable for delivery (they only sell in shop).
If yo have questions about constructing some product, bad luck.

A misery of app. Just made an account and instantly was asked to reset my password. Its a headache to find support email on their site. They are moving you arround with no sense arround the troubleshooting which is a mess.
Zero regard for the customer
Zero regard for the customer, contracts are not fulfilled. Ordered online with enough products on stock. They informed me before the delivery that they canceled my order: the products that I ordered were never reserved and Ikea sold them directly in the store to someone else (is it even legal to sell the same product twice???) when you have a binding contract with a customer?

Very disappointed by their service, first they did not got the measurements right for the project so have to reschedule after the took the plus products they never send me back my money for them , and I have already a complaint about that registered. And I already hear from them that they don’t care so much since they can have more clients and one complain do not change their profit. It’s not anymore about the satisfaction of the clients but because now they think are a house name they can lay low cause anyway they can still make profit from the people that don’t have enough money to go for a better company and products, cause let’s be honest when you say Ikea you don’t have the image of quality.

I simply love shopping at IKEA - from the available option to the customer service, everything is a nice experience.
I normally go shopping during week-ends and except once or twice, the shop was never too crowded.
The online delivery is also pretty good and has a decent shipping price.

Nu se poate ce sa mai, trebuie sa duc husa la croitor sa puna un fermoar cum trebuie, pe ambele parti laterale inclusiv.
