It’s been over a month since I ordered and paid for my product.

Unfortunately several attempts at communication have all failed as emails, direct messages and website messages have gone unanswered.

Very disappointed.

I never received my order and needed it for my little brothers birthday

Ordered as a birthday present for the 26th of December. Only got a confirmation, it had been a few weeks so I emailed, no replies, had to message them though Instagram which is unprofessional. Said I’d receive it within 48hours, been another week and still haven’t received. Messaged them and they left me on seen.... terrible customer service. Probably a scam

It’s been so damn long since i placed an order and nothing yet. Thought it will be a nice Christmas present for my partner, haven’t received anything yet but I’m leaning more towards this being a scam than receiving anything. Don’t waste your money or your time.

I haven’t seen anything to do with my order for at least a month now.

I haven’t received anything besides the confirmation email. I had to get into contact with the Instagram page to get updates which is extremely unprofessional. Was told it would be here in 48 hours which it still hasn’t arrived. Not happy at all
The “great customer service” is a load of crap I’ve sent emails asking about it and haven’t gotten anything back. How am I supposed to give a review when I haven’t even seen a preview of my order

This product is very good, i was very surprised with how good it looked. The communication wasn't very good or reliable and i did wait a little longer then expected for it to be finished but i would recommend for someone that isn't rushing for a last minute present but it was worth the money.

ordered almost a month ago and haven’t received any info at all as to where my digital version is. it is advertised the artwork to be completed and sent to you within a few days which seems odd, taking awhile to make art is reasonable but false advertising isn’t. no response whatsoever to the emails i’ve sent asking how long the wait time will be and the number to ring is disconnected. don’t trust good reviews, they’re very likely to be fake!

Terrible. i never received my portrait. It has been over two weeks since i made my order.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten the artwork back. Was told Christmas Eve that I’d have it within 24 hours. Then was told I’d have it by the end of the day earlier this week.

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and despite being told it would take 2-5 days I am still yet to receive the product. I have emailed 3 times now asking kindly for an update on when I should be receiving the product and they do not communicate with you whatsoever. Would NOT recommend this to anyone and have told my friends who were interested to not make any purchases from this company. Terrible customer service. It is not difficult to quickly email a customer (who has paid you!!!) and let them know the status of their order. Highly doubt I will get a refund as they do not even answer your emails. Extremely disappointed.

Havnt received any confirmation or any where abouts on my order. I’ve emailed and no reply I ordered a month ago

i haven’t received a email or my order in over a month.

I have not received my order and it was ordered on the 10th of Dec. I emailed asking when I could expect it and got not reply

So far I ordered on the 24th of November, it is now the 30th of December and still have not received a single insight on where my order may even be!! This was meant to be a Christmas present.

I thought I had been scammed as i didn’t receive any reply’s to my emails and I had to message them through instagram to get a response. The final product was good. It takes longer then the 2-5 day suggested period and had to keep chasing for updates.

Still haven’t received any information about my purchased made over a month ago, have emailed several times but no replies. Absolute waste of money!

Giving 4 stars as the wait and communication was a bit all over the place but overall I’m very happy with the result, all up it took almost 2 weeks to be sent to me so a bit longer then expected, I did start to think this was a scam at first but thankfully I received my order today!
I can with certainty say that if you don’t mind waiting a little bit longer, you will eventually receive your order so there’s no need to worry about it being a scam!
I’m more then happy with what I received, which I will use as my profile picture so others can see their work!

Was a christmas gift for my partner & he absolutely loves it, I was communicating with Sarah and she was always so helpful & had no problem with changing things and making it look more like us :)) would 100% recommend, from new zealand

i am still waiting for my purchase after a month and have received no updates on how long i may be waiting for it
