Absolutely do not recommend. Was told I would receive an email of the finished art in 2-5 days and only got it over two weeks after ordering. I was left out in the open from the customer service and never once got a reply even from the so-called “24/7” service. I only received the art after having to contact PayPal for a refund.

Cannot get in touch with company. Still not received my order , anyone got any advice or help on how to get a refund

I ordered this for my partner as a valentines gift on the 25th Jan, however I am still waiting for it now it’s 16th February…

Didn’t complete order at all by the two times I was told it would be completed by and instead cancelled my order without saying anything and cancelled it even thought I didn’t request it.

i never received my poster or a digital copy ive emailed multiple times and been ignored when asking for updates and then a refund-terrible communication from them still havent heard a thing :(

Wasn’t sure I was definitely going to receive it but when I got it it was amazing the tattoos are on the wrong person but it’s still great!!

Placed the order on the 14th december, as a christmas present and it’s currently the 10th of February and it still has not arrived. I appreciate if it was a bit late due to christmas shipping and things but 2 months is taking the mick. After trying to get into contact with them for weeks, They’ve just told me that the frame broke during shipping and they’re sending another one. If I didn’t contact them they wouldn’t have even bothered

Really nice drawing but took very long to arrive.

I ordered the digital file on the 20th of January and sent a follow up email on the 28th. After receiving nothing I emailed again on the 10th of February and that day I received the file.

Stunning drawing and they did so well on it but took a while to receive.

It’s been over two weeks since I placed this order. Was half hoping to use it as a valentine gift. But was relying on showing my partner the photo that was meant to be sent within the 2-5 days. Not happy and will be spreading further news to family and friends not to use this site for future orders.

Didn’t receive my order and had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Tried to contact them via their online chat but it was always unavailable.

The art is good . Customer service is awful. over a month of waiting for the actual product which I still have not received, was for a birthday but no longer as we are way past that now , no communication to what is actually happening. Ask for a refund which was completely ignore and left with excuses about covid without an actual honest answer. False promises on deliveries and false advertisements. Not happy at all. Would not recommend and it feels like a scam

Absolutely terrible! Do not use this site! They took my money and never sent my order I emailed and went on the chat multiple times and never had any response or refund. IT IS A SCAM!

I received this email saying “how did we do?” And I haven’t even received my order after nearly a month.

I had a bad experience. My drawing didn't look anything like me or my partner. The Digital file wasn't sent to me in the end and I got a refund. But I didn't have my gift for my partner so yeah really disappointed.

I had heard good things about this website and I won't be using it ever again, nor be recommending it.

Haven't received any contact about arrival or the first drawing. I want my money back but can't even call or email since nobody will answer.

I ordered my art work on 14/12. The confirmation email said it would be emailed to me within 2-5 days. Now I am the least likely person ever to complain, I’ve worked in customer facing roles before and I understand the pandemic has screwed a lot of companies over and even prior to the pandemic, stuff happens! Items can’t always be on time. But the absolute LACK of communication was what has annoyed me so much!!!! I emailed on 22/12 to politely ask if they had an estimation of when I would get it as it was a Christmas present. No reply. I received an automated email from the company however asking me to rate them on trust pilot! This prompted me to look at their reviews (should have done this first) and found so many others were in the same position. I emailed again then on 25/12 (would never expect a reply on Christmas Day but this just happened to be when I emailed) and again, no reply! I started to think I’d been scammed and I would never receive it. I emailed again on 1/2 and was honest, I said they ought to be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples money and seemingly delivering no goods or communicating at all. Low and behold, 2 days later my art work came through. I actually can’t fault what I have received, but the experience was far from good.
