Great quality - fast delivery

The products were as described with the logo printing in white - received everything very quickly and the company was very helpful while arranging this order.

Fast, friendly, great value

Was on a short deadline, ordered 100 personalised water bottles for a company event. The team helped me step by step, accelerated the process and exceeded all our expectations with the quality of service (and a great price!), but also with these bottles that everyone admires (and some asked for the reference of :). Complete happiness.

Professional

In my experience IGO-POST is an excellent company In customer service and delivery. The staff are polite ,helpful, upbeat and really listen to what the customer wants. They are professional , trustworthy and keep delivery deadlines. I have ordered from them over the last 18 months and am very happy to recommend IGO-Post

Dubious Delivery

3 of the 4 items I ordered arrived on time and without incident. However, the 4th item took a courier route that would have impressed Scott of the Antartic.....
The items arrived in Belfast (from UK) and then bounced around various parts of Europe (Germany 4-5 times) until it was finally put on a truck in Limerick and sent by road to Cork. My colleague then drove to meet the courier in order to ensure the items reached their correct destination while there was still time for them to be useful.
This should have been completely avoidable as I had already contacted your offices twice to alert you to the non-arrival of these items (10 days and 7 days in advance). Note - at either of these stages it should have been easy to trace the items and ensure their correct delivery.
Very disappointing.

Always a good experience

Worst service I have ever recieved

I would never do business with you guys again. I had to ring 3 times for my pen designs to be sent back to me.
By far the worst service I have ever received on a professional level.
Also the products itself is of such bad quality! Our logo on the pens rub off in 2 days of using the pen. 0 out of 10.

Great service

Great service from IGO-POST. Order received and very happy with the quality of the design. Dealt with Matthew who was very helpful throughout the process.

Delivery & Communication

We decided to go ahead with Igo-post because we really liked the capability of its website to show how our logo would look like straight away in the products, thus removing the time to email back and fort for proof etc.

However it all came to waste - we spent roughly €1000 of giveaways for our office launch but due to the late delivery of one item, it just all went to waste and all efforts weren't worth it after all.
