I have ordered a freezer, it said 3-5 days delivery, it's still not arrived, when I check tracking it says ready to ship, they don't contact me, I have sent 2 Emails, but not had a response, I'm thinking of getting a refund, if it doesn't arrive by today, that's what I will be doing, I need this freezer, not very happy at all. Don't use this company, they never told me I had to book my own delivery, now because of them I have to wait a week for my freezer, I'm not happy at all. Rubbish company.

Bought the under counter freezer for its extra capacity when compared to similar products.
The price was also very competitive especially as it had free 2 man delivery (delivered into the house, not kerbside as other paid for deliveries are) all included in the price.
Very happy with the product.

Item is great, recieved quickly, lovely delivery staff. Has a big capacity and was very reasonable

Pleased with undercounted fridge ordered. All good and working well.

Damaged item received Sent email as advised with photos and replied asking for more photos No mention of sending a new chest freezer out or collecting damaged one This hasn't been a very happy experience so far If it's damaged it's damaged a new replacement freezer should have been discussed not asking for so many photos They should just claim from the carrier or supplier Customer Service doesn't seem to be a priority
Today I've been promised a replacement and collection for TOMORROW I shall update tomorrow and hopefully up my stars and give a more positive response
Damaged one picked up this morning 17/4/25 Replacement was delivered 17/4/25 by another carrier However after careful consideration and knowing how flimsy and narrow the polystyrene is around this product I had no faith in it not being damaged again and further arranging the pick up I refused delivery and now await a refund Customer Services were polite and professional but I had no faith in the product So no further stars I'm sorry to say
Well it's now 2/5/25 I've emailed everyday as no refund has been given although I have an email confirming receipt of the damaged freezer over 2 weeks ago All I keep getting is apologies Raised a formal Complaint yesterday and this morning still no refund
STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Great product ,delivery a bit longer than advertised but in time for our guest arrival.

Fridge damaged.
Poor quality.
Poor effort.
Poor delivery driver.
Next time you deliver a fridge or freezer etc to hard working customers. Try dropping it off the edge of a cliff so it gets to them in better condition.
Or drive over it in a Tank. Shocking don’t bother with this company.

I paid for express delivery but the item was not available for delivery until a week later so far too late.
I cancelled the order and am still awaiting my refund of payment which included an express delivery charge. I fear that my refund will not be forthcoming. Not a good experience would not recommend.

The heater was faulty . They said I could return it for a refund or replacement . We decided to keep it as other reviews have the same problem . No refund was offered for keeping a faulty unit .

Items arrived as promised, appropriately packaged.

Delivered on time. Driver very helpful. Freezer is just what we wanted.

ordered direct from Igenix,2 items both arrived damaged,gave the company a second chance and the replacement 2 items arrived damaged again.
The company then have you jumping through hoops ,taking photos and then there's a delay getting your hard earned money refunded,never again will we use this company.The date below is an approximation as we were so angry we got rid of any email,correspondence,blah blah with this company.

Great compact size yet more spacious than normal similar size freezers with beautiful darkish silver door and 4 drawers instead of 3 makes it an excellent choice....brilliant full 5 star for this igenix freezer superb absolutely amazing product 👏
