Faulty DAC. I was using it with an iMac. The sound setting created to linkl with thye DAC kept on disappearing. At first I was told to disconnect the DAC the reattach it and worked for a while.

Then I was told to download the firmware and update it. That worked for a while but still kept on dropping out. I changed the iMac for a Mac Mini and for a while it too worked. Then the lights on the DAC turned off and Support once again told me to update the firmware. I did using both the Mac Mini and my Macbook Pro. Now the Firmware will not load at all "Failure of App". All this started during the period of guarantee but now it's outside that. They want me to send it out for repair and will send me a return label (Free). I have waited nearly 10 days for the label so I sent a mail saying that I will not pay for any repair (as the fault was notified during the guarantee period). They have not replied!!! I am very disappointed with the overall performance of the DAC as it is unreliable, and disappointed with Support… they should have realised that the DAC was faulty as I bet this has happened many times with other customers.

Go Link broken after 14 months
I bought this product to accompany a new phone that came without the headphone jack. It worked well at first, you need to be aware that in order to skip tracks you will need to use the phone controls, you cannot use your in ear or headphones. Over the last couple of months the sound was cutting out occasionally, but I thought it was probably the usb c connection. Then, a couple of days ago the unit stopped completely. I thought it was the connection so I unplugged it, restarted the phone as well, just in case. No joy, so I plugged my large headphones into the unit and then into my phone. Nothing happening, so I guessed it's either the unit or my phone's port being dusty. I used canned air but, still nothing. I got my son to check if the go link would work in his phone, then at least I could narrow down the broken bit of equipment. He found that the go link failed in his phone too. Upon contacting support today, I was told it was out of warranty, they could repair it but I would be charged. I was asked if the green light on the unit was on or off, as if it was off, there can be an issue with the metal sheath slipping down over the usb connection port. The light comes on, no problem, so I am saddled with a unit that cost me £60 and only worked for 14 months. I have no idea how much it will cost to fix but, at £60, I am unwilling to spend more on fixing this unit, only to have the unit likely fail me again. I have bought a fiio adapter from AV.com, which comes at a cost of £28.99 and a guarantee of 5 years. I won't be buying from this site again.

Device was faulty and not working when…
Device was faulty and not working when it arrived, doesn’t inspire confidence on this product. It was finally replaced, but took an age to arrive. It’s OK to use, but left a bitter taste on my experience. I will never buy any other product from this company.

I specifically asked that this item NOT…
I specifically asked that this item NOT be sent to me since it had been delayed for a while and I wanted to purchase the GoBlu device instead. After receiving the email notification from iFi about the delay and the option to cancel, I expected that I would have received some information on the availability of the other device. However, much to my surprise, this Up Travel device appeared in my mailbox. I have an Apple Airpod Max so this is not at all useful to me!!!
