Tres bon expérience avec le service client.
L’une de mes caméras achetées via Amazon il y a 8 mois, est tombée en panne. Le service client m’a tres vite repondu et propose l’envoi gratuit d’une nouvelle camera.
Très bonne réactivité et prise en charge parfaite, merci!

Purchased four new cameras found out they were the 4G type only able to operate by purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription. Have been trying to return them to either purchase the WIFI only type or return for a complete refund. I’ve only gotten the run around for the past month and still not able to hear from their customer service department with a decision? For the first couple weeks after following their customer support was when they said that the cameras would not be able to work without purchasing their program. Customer service was replying pretty consistently at first back dropped any communication when I wanted to return the cameras. Why they stopped I have know idea? I’m very unhappy with ieGeek

From ordering to arrival the proses were easy and I was kept informed throughout.

Hello , I’d like to share my past and recent experience with this company ,, in the beginning I wasn’t sure which cameras to buy ,, I visited a friend who had iegeek cameras , straight away I could see the quality of the cameras construction and the quality of the night vision and clarity of picture,, this was a fixed camera,, I then bought three cameras for me and my family excellent hassle free purchase,, having moved house I brought the cameras to my new property reset them and added them to the app no problem, I then purchased two 360 degree cameras which better suited my set up ,, my son and daughter bought the iegeek battery cameras with self adhesive easy fit magnetic base over the moon with all aspects of these cameras,,, I’ve had other makes in the past but the lenses seem to go cloudy after time and at night you can’t see clearly ,, so get good equipment from iegeek and to be fair they really are a good price for the years of security and peace of mind they offer ,, also customer back up is second to none good communications , I’d say a company that cares ( which in this day and age is refreshing ) thanks to all at iegeek

Seems to work really well only had it up for 4 days easy to set up and I don’t do technical stuff and good value

The camera is very quiet when tracking and the picture quality is great even if it's dark

Ich habe ein Babyphone gekauft, jedoch funktioniert es ein Jahr nach Kauf nicht mehr. Die Garantie gilt zwar noch aber der Kundenservice reagiert seit über einem Monat weder auf meine E-Mails noch auf die Kontaktaufnahme über das Kontaktformular.

ieGeek is probably the best customer services I have dealt with in a long time. I have the doorbell and the chime was corroded inside. Bearing in mind I bought the doorbell in 2024, I contacted customer services who responded quickly, offered advice and instructions then replaced the chime free of charge. The doorbell now in perfect working order.
I do not think I can praise this company enough. Efficient in dealing with my query. This in 2026 is a rare occurrence from a company. Thank you IeGeek .

Great product easy to set up love the new look

The products are so so whilst they work, had multiple solar panels fail, cameras that the rotation gearing fail, poor movement pick up (great for capturing people walking away but not approaching). Sadly they are let down massively by their appalling customer service. Any attempt to use the so called warranty results in no response. And in every instance I have been left having to buy replacements or fix the issue myself.

Personally I will not be buying anymore of their products nor recommending them.

Anfangs März 2026 habe ich die neue Sicherheitskamera S7 gekauft. Da ich sie für Tiere brauche, habe ich die AI Analyse für 27 Euro jährlich gekauft. VORSICHT das funktioniert nicht. Das Geld könnt Ihr euch sparen. Kamera für Überwachung bei Mensch super, auch die Verfolgung klappt. Tiere werden nicht erfasst!
Auf diese Bewertung hin hat sich iegeek Kundendienst sofort mit Mail bei mir gemeldet. Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sie haben mir den Betrag vom AI Abo sofort zurück erstattet. So sollte es überall sein.

Very highly recommend. We've got 3 of these cameras the 2k from Amazon for the front and rear of our property. They did not disappoint us. They were fitted in a few hours and the picture is excellent. I’m really happy with my purchase and very pleased with their performance would definitely buy again.

Il servizio clienti risponde sempre, l'importante è contattarli via email e NON via app!
Ho avuto alcuni disguidi e mi hanno SEMPRE risposto.
Ho ricevuto anche un rimborso, cosa che non erano tenuti a fare.
Acquisterò nuovamente la stessa cam in quanto, tranne per un PICCOLO problema, mi sono sempre trovato bene.
Migliorerei l'app, visto che alcune cose, oltre a non essere molto intuitive, non funzionano bene, tipo i video/notifica salvati che, quando li cancello, poi me li ritrovo ancora lì, pur avendo confermato la cancellazione. E comunque trovarli e visualizzarli per data non è proprio lineare come cosa.

Aggiungo: OTTIMO il fatto che pagare per il cloud (per salvare i video) è una cosa opzionale, avere una micro SD è più che sufficiente (e per riempirne una da 128 gb ce ne vuole!!!).

Uso la cam solo quando esco e, ogni tanto, quando vado a dormire; considerando che passo quasi tutta la notte sveglio, avviarla di giorno risulta superfluo (o quasi).

Very highly recommend. We've got 4 of these cameras now strategically placed around the stables and fields. Never had a problem with any of them and very pleased with their performance. Had to contact support when purchasing the annual subscription to the mobile network. They were extremely helpful, replied promptly and we sorted the issue quicky and smoothly.
