2 weeks after ordering I’m still waiting, no response from vendor, really bad customer service, AVOID

After Ordering a Dell laptop battery on 23/11/22, it arrived after 5 weeks. ( they say 5-10 days)
The battery has no company name( don't think it's original and has no DELL trademark on it).
The only good thing is that customer service is responding to my emails and keep saying " STAY PATIENT"
I do not recommend them.

Ordered goods on the 15th of November, yet to be received (As of 22nd of December). Was advised of 5-8 day delivery time. Blaming delivery company for the delay, advising information provided was wrong. Glad I bought through Paypal so I can at least get my money back.

I ordered a battery. It never arrived. I tried to cancel. No response. I got billed anyway and never received the battery. This website is a scam at best. Dont use it

Terrible service. Bought a laptop charger and they sent the wrong one. I've tried every email address they have including the one they said to contact for returns. No communication. I'm out the €40

Hello,

As other people, I bought a battery, it doesn't work.

Support only answer to sent pictures, I did it 5 times, and there is never a step 2. No refund, no communication.

Don't trust their refund policy, don't expect for support, just pray that it will work the first attempt.

Shipped me entirely the wrong order after two weeks.

I initially thought that I'd been scammed too.
Having read this post I'm going to give it until Friday seeing as the site says 3-10 days for delivery.

Same as the otheres.
Ordered a new charger for Asus laptop. Got a wrong one and I am asking for a refund. No responce. They send me a few emails asking to send a picture of the charger.
And after that no comunication.

Ordered a cable it never arrived and they won't give a refund

ordered a batterie for my Lenovo tab 3 they sent me the wrong batterie it was to big for my tablet contacted them for refund and to return said batterie got the run around asked me to take photos of my batterie and the batterie they sent me still waiting for refund do not deal with this company they are in china stay away from them

Read through these reviews and honestly got the fright of my life thinking I had been scammed out of my money for a cable that was never going to arrive. I immediately emailed them to cancel my order. I ended up getting a cable somewhere else in the mean time but the cable had already been shipped from this company. Fast forward a few days and it arrived. I feel guilty that I didn't have any faith that the cable would come and I'm sorry to them for that. I ordered the 25th August and it arrived the 1st September. I don't think this website is actually an Irish website but shipping time wasn't too bad and that's the main thing 😊 also I have a spare lead now if anyone needs one!!

These guys are crooks, do not order from them they take your money and you never hear from them again.

website name suggests it is Irish buts its China and i have been waiting 3 weeks for laptop battery. if you google Power Source Technology Co., Ltd (that's them) and reviews are BAD
