I'm sorry you had to experience this; however, your review reflects an incomplete setup, not a service failure.
The account was restored immediately after the issue occurred. What remains is a local loading step on your device. In FRAG Pro Shooter, the game must refresh its local data (clear cache/data or reinstall) to properly load the restored save file. If this step is skipped, the game continues showing the old state, which can appear as a ban or missing progress.
The service was completed successfully, and the game profile is currently active. We've also provided you with screenshots proving that the game profile is operational and displaying the gem boosts. We've also provided you with steps on how to load the new save file. If you have issues loading the save file, we're happy to assist you with your current client-side loading issue.
