Una experiencia muy buena, tanto en honestidad como en puntualidad y formalidad y a la ver comprensibles con sus clientes, yo tuve que retrasar una firma por cuestiones burocráticas teniendo ya una fecha concretada y fueron totalmente comprensivos y se retrasó, y de todo el tiempo que llevo con ellos no puedo poner ni un pero, todo perfecto y cristalino.

I couldn't have a better experience with anyone else. From the first meeting, the viewing, the purchase, managing the property, the renovation up to our first reservation in an emergency mode, the team, in particular Lucia and Jimmy were extremely helpful and accommodating to the situation. Melissa went above and beyond to ensure our wants and needs were met. She was so gracious, attentive and helpful. Especially, since this was also our first time in Spain and navigation is very challenging.

We had a great experience with this company. Our agent Marcha understood what we needed right from the beginning and worked closely with us to help us find our home in the sun. There were emails with information prior to us coming for viewings so everything was clear and efficient. We highly recommend them.

I made contact with Melissa from IDILIQ Estates prior to my arrival in Spain, gave her my property criteria and asked her to arrange suitable viewings. She did a super job, arranged several viewings, transporting us to each and every one, also gave relevant information about the specific area and other useful information. She clearly knew her role and had done the necessary homework. Our time was very well spent with her and pointed us in the right direction. I would have no hesitation in recommending IDILIQ and specifically Melissa.

We stayed in a 2 bed townhouse at Encantarda Resort 3022 Secret Lake Drive Kissimmee between the 8th January to 6th February 2026. We reported 23 issues we had encountered within the property having booked it 4 months prior with our travel agent in the UK. Our overall experience was far from good. The overall condition within the property was extremely bad and the furniture and appliances had seen better days. Maintenance and cleaning had not been carried out to a level one would have expected considering the high rental costs charged and on arrival an additional charge of $960.21 for Cleaning, Resort fee and taxes. We were continually having to report things that did not work or were broken to the receptionist in the club house. We reported all our issues and dissatisfaction to the Director of US Resort Operations at IDILIQ Group and apart from apologising, all he said was I quote “we’re unable to offer monetary reimbursement in this instance” and offered us a later checkout without charging us, which was worth US$105 plus a discount if we were to book a further stay at the resort. We don’t think so! We arrived at the property to find the rear patio doors did not lock so we had to wait for maintenance to arrive before going out due to this being a security issue. Maintenance men did not appear to be experienced or understand English and spent a long time drilling several unnecessary holes in the aluminium door frame and cut out a larger hole in the locking catch hole on the moving door. They eventually gave up and returned the next day to fix a bar across the moving and frame of the patio door. We also had an infestation of ants through the back patio door, kitchen and in the upstairs back bedroom. We reported this a number of times and waited two weeks for someone to come and spray the areas. The upstairs back bedroom continued to be infested with ants and we reported this again upon checkout. The front door lock had never worked properly since we started our stay and on the last week of our stay it failed completely and we were unable to leave the property. After reporting it to the club house I went back to the property and spent 20 minutes trying and eventually succeeded in locking the front door. No maintenance men came straight away to resolve the issue until later that day. Electrical appliances were old and overused and need replacing. The microwave turntable did not rotate and there was a fracture in the door frame. After inspecting the Whirlpool label, it was built in September 2010 and should be replaced. The state of the stairs and bedroom carpets were very dirty and stained in places which was not very pleasant and need replacing. We requested a vacuum cleaner and was presented with a Shark NV360 upright. We went to use it but nothing was being picked. Upon investigation we found the main hose from the head was totally blocked with debris and we had to clean this out plus pulling out all the hairs from the brush collection roller, before the Vacuum Cleaner worked properly. It then picked up a lot of dirt and dust from the carpet pile in all the carpeted areas. The popup waste in the front main bedroom failed and the waste pipe in the same sink was blocked and required unblocking before the water would drain away. The kitchen tap and all 3 bathroom sink tap handles were loose but only the kitchen got tightened. The King bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and mattress well used and needs replacing. Every time you moved the box spring would make a noise. The hot tub leaked and no hose reel was included on the wall for us to top it up and we had to use buckets of water to fill it. The remote controls supplied for the 3 TV’s in the property did not allow us to access the TV settings on the main downstairs TV so we could not enable the USB connection on it as well as enable other important options on it as there was no Roku remote control supplied. The ones that were supplied are called Tivo’s Peanut which are incompatible with the Roku TV’s. The list of issues goes on but given the amount of characters we are restricted to 4000 in Trustpilot, we have tried to squeeze in as many of the important ones as possible. Needless to say we will never be staying at this resort ever again.

We have nothing but absolute praise for the wonderful service we have received from Marcha Kuijpers at Idiliq. She organised two comprehensive viewing tours of pre chosen properties, collected us from the airport and, most importantly, shared her extensive knowledge to help us find our perfect property. Her patience, humour and personable character made our property search a total pleasure. We found our dream property and Marcha has helped us navigate every step of the purchase, going above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We honestly can’t thank her enough.

They are terrible. Don’t trust them.
No communication whatsoever.
No transparency.
Leased my property through them for years and the return was ridiculous.
0.15% a month.
Don’t let them handle your investment.

After a disappointing first round with Idilliq , we were assigned Pascal Schaubach as our second real estate agent through Idilliq.
We were hesitated because of our last experience with Idilliq, but because of the downpayment we allready had done on an other Idilliq property, we had to give them an other chance.
Unfortunately they were not honest about that so we lost that anyway...
They say that if you book with idilliq again, your downpayment will be saved and you can use it for an other property, unfortunately that doesn work that way.
Agents doesnt know what the others say and you as a client has the problems.

Pascal was very nice and relaxed , listened carefully and showed us what we had asked for. He had also scheduled viewings for some other properties he thought were suitable, which we would never have considered ourselves.
In the end, he helped us realize that a different choice suited us better.
He listened well and was easily reachable. He responded quickly and offered solutions when we encountered problems, ultimately helping us get everything approved.
Even after the purchase, he has remained involved.
Pascal (not Idilliq) truly cares about his clients. He’s not pushy but does point out the consequences of waiting too long — which is very helpful in an overheated market with high demand and limited supply.
To bad he doesnt work for Idilliq anymore and moved to an other firm.
I would definately look him up if you want to buy a property and mention my name! (suzanne)

Our initial interaction with Idiliq seemed promising. Katy M.'s guidance during the property viewing was helpful and we were eager to proceed with the purchase of an off-plan villa in Mirjas. However, the post-purchase experience was significantly less satisfactory and left us rather disappointing.

Communication with Idiliq's After Sales team was consistently frustrating. Despite raising valid concerns, we received generic, unsatisfactory responses that did not address our issues. The one-sided purchase contract also raised significant red flags, leading us to question the developer's commitment to fair business practices which they totally disregarded and in response " that 28 people already signed" deemed a somewhat hostile response to our concern.

Our request for a deposit refund was initially denied, which we found to be a surprising and disappointing response. After further negotiation, we were eventually informed that due to a 13% price increase of this development, we were eligible for a refund. However, the manner in which this information was conveyed was unprofessional and condescending, leaving us totally feeling undervalued as customers.

One particularly distressing incident involved a phone call with Adrienne from the After Sales team. Within minutes of posting our experience on Trustpilot , Adrienne called me, raising her voice, speaking over me and accusing me of being dishonest. Her aggressive behavior was completely unprofessional and left me feeling reeling and upset. This is not a way on how to resolve issues and interact with clients.

It's worth noting that despite our negative experience, we never received a follow-up call /E-mail from either Katie or anybody from the Sales Team to address our concerns or discuss the issues we faced. This lack of communication further reinforces our belief that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the developer.

The entire experience has left a sour taste in our mouths. Idiliq's lack of customer focus and disregard for our concerns are deeply disappointing. We hope that this review will encourage the developer to reassess its approach and prioritize customer satisfaction in future endeavors as this is not a way on interacting with clients who want to invest a large sum of their hard earned cash.

The broker Chia was very nice and we had a lovely day. I was very impressed with the very first apartment I bought. She understood what I wanted and showed me what was in my interests.

Katy Mazen provided an excellent service when we were looking to purchase a property on the Costa del Sol. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and proactive, working closely with us over several days until we found the perfect property.

Katy is so invested in getting the property for you nailed. She worked so hard narrowing the right location and budget that worked for my family down. We even bought after a FaceTime viewing and trusted her judgement.

Throughout that intervening time, she kept me informed of any progress, answered my queries promptly and professionally, and listened to my frustrations. With her in my corner and her gritty determination, she got us to a position where we could complete. Without her unwavering support, I would have given up. She is a great communicator, she is very professional, and I was made to feel I was in trusted hands. It was our first experience of buying abroad, and she was patient, encouraging and informative. It has been a pleasure to work with her and all at Idiliq Estates, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
