Channel view is cheap and faded. Poor presenters trying to flog cheap rubbish. Very sad how Ideal World have gone downhill.

I sent back a coat on 25th January. It arrived back at Ideal world on 27th Jan. To date 13th February I still haven't received my refund and was told when I called it would take up to 3 working days. It has already gone way beyond 3 working days. I received an email today 13th February stating I will get a refund in 7 working days. What a shambles of service and a BIG inconvenience. This is really putting me off ordering anything again from them as I was a regular customer. Since trading again, customer care has deteriorated.

Don’t buy so called Swiss watches from Ideal world . They are a con cheap Chinese rubbish inside the watches, can’t even change the battery. Advertising a a Swiss movement but it’s just Chinese cheap plastic.with a chip inside them.😡😡😡

They should have never come back on air, RUBBISH, as I used to love watching it .

Used to buy a lot of items from ideal world over the years but I must say I wouldn't buy again the products look really cheap tat pity because ideal world was a professional company can't even seen picture on TV I don't watch anymore don't think they will be trading much longer

Wow oh wow what a scammy company! I made couple of purchases last week for the first time ever and guess what? The yellow (leopard print) throw I bought was advertised as being 150cm x 200cm in size, my delivery came today and for my surprise the actual size of it is ONLY 130cm in width and NOT 150cm. It is not fit for purpose - I ordered it to be able to cover my bed daytime - it obviously does NOT fit! ITS LONG AND NARROW IT IS NOT GOOD FOR ANYTHING! I’m so disappointed I’m fuming! How on earth do they get away with scamming people on live TV?
The second item I bought was a “men’s” watch when reality on inspection of their website description of the watch, in the gender section, it clearly states ‘FEMALE’!!!
I’m obviously going to return both but really didn’t need all this hassle and disappointment etc, my day has been ruined!
Please everyone keep far away from this fraudulent company!

Ordered cordless hail straighteners on Sunday on Wednesday checked update on line and the status said dispatched today (thursday) recieved email saying I was getting a refund totally disgusting company

I know that ideal world is only just come back they need to work on getting the watches back and getting more men in some of the voices are quite annoying as a family. We have bought quite a bit even got a couple of friends into it and we all have the same feeling it lost a lot. I will keep trying every so often just to see how it is doing. Would love to see more even more sports memorabilia.

For a company that collapsed due to poor business ethics the relaunch and my recent purchase experience is a huge concern ! Beware is my advice as it is evident this company is selling items they don’t have stock of. I’ve been here before with an expensive bike and now with a designer item. The sales pitches are well orchestrated, leading your to believe the purchased item is secured once purchased. They are simply over selling stock the don’t have. I can only presume they are still financially struggling and overselling items the don’t have to secure money. Customer Service then play for time. I have emails contradicting each other and when challenged ignore the complaints. Be advised your money may be buying something the simply don’t have stock of and you then have a merry go round trying to resolve it. Which is hard to do with a Customer Service Team that cut and paste replies.

I purchased some Weed Killer (3x 5ltr), on receiving them one of the containers was leaking and went over my kitchen floor. I complained about it, and told that a £20 credit was to be put on my account. I have tried to claim this on my purchases and told every time that they could not see anything on the account. Today I have spoken again to Customer service, and got absolutely no help whatsoever. First of all, the representatives are mostly Asian or foreign anyway, so trying to understand them is hard, and I ended up getting really, really angry and had to curtail the call before I said something liable to offend. Ideal World now has gone "right down the pan". Customer service, give me a break, unbelievably useless.

I purchased two electronic writing pads, as stocking fillers for two of my great grandchildren. When they arrived I was very disappointed to find that they are both packed in one box. What is the point of this what child would want two of the same things. So ridiculous.

Ordered goods (slimming shorts) from this company, however, they've never turned up. I went on line to check what the status was showing and I couldn't get into my account on line. So, I tried to re-register, but couldn't do this either!
It is no wonder they went bust - they are back, but please do not trust them, keep your wallet in your pocket.

Update:
Neither my Slimming Shorts or water flosser that I ordered and paid for have turned up. But funny little con going on: I did get an email saying that they had received my "returned" water flosser and will refund me my money LESS postage! Well, this is an out and out LIE, on the basis that I never received the goods, I could not have returned it - so they have conned me out of the postage, even though they (obviously) never posted it out to me in the first place! . This is a breach of the Goods and Services ACT, but they don't seem to care! Be careful of this company, they encourage you to phone the order, so there is no written invoice/confirmation etc. So, when they ask to attach a receipt, one cannot!. their calls go to a call centre out side of the UK.

Bought two of the same item firstly they weren't as described by the presenters supposed to be forward and rear facing dash cam but where only front facing and I only received one and week's later I'm still waiting for a refund on the one that just didn't arrive terrible customer service wouldn't use this company

I bought the lavender Reed defuser there is no smell at all unless I Pick it up and smell it iv got it on my bedside cabinet very dissatisfied with this I know it was only £7 99 but not good if you can't smell it when I'm in bed

called ideal world today regards a product im owed from a couple of months ago.was due a replacement for a faulty item which they said the were sending out.
ideal world back up and running now but dont wont to know.
how can this company be closed down and then be able to open again when the owe customers money from before....avoid avoid avoid...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.if the go bust again you will loose any thing you have ordered or payed for like me.this is the same company as ideal world same logos and same presenter’s ...how can this company be allowed to re trade as ideal world again.

Bought a smokeless air fryer used it 6 times and now its making a very loud vibrating sound. Doesn't seem safe to use at all, I've contacted ideal world only to be told the company is gone in to administration and that I should try and contact my bank. and contacted PayPal they are Saying, basically they only cover non delivered goods.
So I'm out of pocket for £99
How can this happen conning people and it's on television trading..

Bought a carpet cleaner from Idealworld it was to heavy so I sent it back three days layter in the time frame allowed. I paid with pay pall . When i didnt hear from them i opened a case with pay pal. told pay pall they weren't comunecating with me they said they needed moor proof which I couldn't give them.as they weren't reying to my emails.So I lost my case. No carpet cleaner or refund.£209 out off pocket.

The Ideal World gardening 'Lifetime Guarantee' on hardy plants seems to now be in jeopardy!
Who is the person now responsible for honouring this LIFETIME GUARANTEE and how are they to be contacted - for all those who have suffered at the hands of this unscrupulous company?

I have had many items from ideal world recently I ordered 2 watches for my husband to see which one he liked for fathers day, the Traser watch arrived a week or so later another parcel arrived but the wrapping had been tampered with it was stuck down with masking tape, when my husband opened it there was a watch box with a Screwfix u-bolt inside!!! no watch. I e-mailed ideal world and said they would investigate, the next day they went into administration. They had taken £140 for the first payment. Before all this I had returned the Traser watch so I have had no refund the that watch and never received the Vostok watch, I can't get anywhere with the e-mails I am sending to Kroll and am £280 out of pocket because they are still taking payments out of my bank account. It is absolutely disgusting I am a pensioner and cannot afford to loose this money. Terrible people they new what was happening but still took money from me

Sent return but since gone bust and they owe me 240 pounds.
I want my money back like everyone else. No warning if going bust otherwise I would of kept item. No reply to email from receiver . So unfair
I've just given them my money and got nothing in return
