What a fantastic service I've received this week from Carl Cummins with our energy contract renewal. He responded to any questions I had quickly and efficiently, and was then more than happy to summarise information in an email from a call we had, so that I had something on file - absolutely first class service, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Gary has been extremely helpful in dealing with our switch over. we encountered a couple of issues with the third party but Gary was on hand to help and advise what we needed to do.
It has been a refreshing change to speak to a "normal" person who has your best interests at heart.

What can I say, great company and really helped me out. Beat my renewal offer from my supplier and saved me money in these hard times. Gary was extremely helpful and very chatty rather than being robotic like most other salesman and really connected in conversation and listened to my needs.

The caller from Ideal Utilities was a refreshing change from the usual Utility Brokers hounding for business.
These people gave good honest advice, called from the UK, spoke unhurriedly, clearly and concise. Came across as having my interests at heart rather than there own. Professional start to finish.
