Order bedding and received an email on the 18 December 2024 saying the order was dispatched. It's now the 2 January 2025 still not received the ordered goods. Have requested tracking number but have not received any reply. No one answers their phone either. Rubbish Company

I ordered some items over 10 days ago and even though I’ve received an email saying that items were dispatched I have not received anything yet. I was not provided with a tracking number either. I have tried to call them but each time no one answers and have sent couple of emails and messages and still no reply!!!

Ideal textiles is a lovely company to deal with. Good selection of products to choose from and great quality too.
Their prices are very competitive, will use again.

My Union Jack fleece arrived with stains and marks plus the red colour was mixed into the white .. was a mess
Would not buy again
And if I return it for another one or a refund I have to pay £5 for a return label which they deduct from my refund
What a Rip off Company.. Beware

This company is unreachable.
Of 2 mirrors ordered one was cracked and second frame broke within a week.
I am disabled so cleaning up glass is not my strong point.
After a week of trying to contact this company I have given up. No reply and blocked emails.

They need a decent system of redress.

Really great range of products! I used to struggle to get none boring super king bedding sets that didn't cost the earth then I found these guys!
I recently ordered for a second time and the pillow cases were missing but within days they had sent them out to me so my set is complete.
Kirsty, who I was corresponding with regarding the missing items was very helpful and friendly and prompt in resolving the issue for me :)

I ordered towels and sheets away back 21st/22nd of march I got no confirmation at all I contacted them and NOTHING ACCEPT A AUTOMATED EMAIL SAYING THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT WITHIN 1 DAY (it’s been nearly TWO WEEKS) as they were a family run business who started in the Barras selling curtains , I’d like to have seen them trying to rip off the Weegies anyway maybes that’s why they’re not allowed in BARRALAND anymore anyway I got a email saying my items had been delivered AND THEY WERENT SOOO before contacting them back I asked ALL OF MY NEIGHBOURS WHO LIVE IN THE ELDERLY HOUSES BESIDE ME KNOWING THAT THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE ORDER SO I emailed them saying I had asked my neighbours so not to waste my time as I’m terminally ill so don’t email me asking me to do this because I have done that already , GUESS WHAT I GOT AN EMAIL ASKING EXACTLY THAT , I was fuming so emailed them again to get an EMAIL FROM PETER WAIT FOR THIS ONE , CALLING ME A 🤥 LIAR AND FURTHERMORE HE HAD A PHOTO OF MY ORDER AT MY BACK DOOR. I was furious and asked him to send me the picture which he did A PHOTOGRAPHS OF A BOX AT A DOOR (NOT MY DOOR PROBABLY HIS OLD LADY’s) NAME AND ADDRESS NOT VISIBLE AT ALL NO PICTURE OF ME OF A FRONT DOOR OPEN AND THE DOOR IN THE PICTURE IS A STANDARD AMENITY/ELDERLY HOUSING COMPLEX/ASSOCIATION DOOR THATS THE SAME AS THOUSANDS OF DOORS SO I HAVE EMAILED THIS TO HIM AND DID SAY I WANTED AN APOLOGY FOR HIM FOR CALLING ME A LIAR AND I WANT THE SHEETS BUT I HAD TO BUY TOWELS AS I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND HAD TO BUY TOWELS BECAUSE THEY HADNT DELIVERED MY ORDER SO REFUND THE TOWELS AND SEND THE SHEETS AND IF I DONT HEAR FROM HIM THE FANTASTIC BUSINESS MAN WHO HAS CLEARLY ACCEPTED THIS PHOTO AS PROOF (BECAUSE IT WAS HIM THAT TOOK THE PHOTO OF HIS OL MA’s DOOR shame on you poor woman won’t be able to hold her head up) OF DELIVERY WHICH IM NOT HAVING AND TOMORROW AND EVERY 24 HOURS ILL REVIEW THIS BAMPOT AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL I GET MY REFUND AND I TRULY SUGGEST YOU ALL DO THE SAME THEN ILL CONTACT MY BANK . They said they will open a visa dispute case because I sent the photo to them and ITS PROOF OF NOTHING AS THERE IS NO NAME , ADDRESS OR EVEN ME WITH MY HANDS ACCEPTING THE PARCEL SO People I’m hoping to get this sorted asap or at least before I’m dead 😵 but the latter would not surprise me hence the reason why I have contacted the bank SO DONT BE CAUGHT OUT WITH THIS FAMILY OF SCAMMERS AND CON MEN/WOMEN I BET THERES THOUSANDS OF YOU BEEN SENT THE SAME PHOTO AS ME . In fact guess what PETER JUST REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE WHOLE ORDER AND STICK THE SHEETS AND TOWELS WHERE YOU CAN FIT THEM I DONT KNOW WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE NOT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS ONE.
AND THIS IS A LITTLE UPDATE IDEAL TEXTILES HAS NEVER CLAIMED OR ASKED TRUST PILOT FOR ANY , NOT ONE REVIEW IN THE LAST YEAR THEYVE VERIFIED A BANK ACCOUNT THROUGH A THIRD PARTY ON GOOGLE OR SOMETHING THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF OF HIM PETER RABBIT (I call him that because HE MUST BE RUNNING LIKE A RABBIT TO DODGE US ALL BUT if I don’t get my refund TODAY PETER RABBIT THEN AS IVE SAID I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE TRUE REVIEWS.

Terrible experience they charged me twice and said account details doesn’t match and still charged me for nothing will never ever order from here

I have ordered twice from Ideal textiles and on both occasions the quality delivery and service where outstanding goods whereas described the quality was fantastic and the friendly service and ease of ordering made the whole process so enjoyable. They offer a huge range of products for the home and each item is very clearly described and pictured I have not been disappointed with anything I ordered from them
I would highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future

Dreadful products and worse customer service. Don't care whatsoever. Avoid and don't buy from them.

Ordered some curtains to match cushions. Read instructions and requested a swatch of fabric. This arrived and was exactly the same as the cushions. I ordered said curtains based on the swatch I received. Curtains arrived and I hung them. They looked nice but were lacking depth of colour. I eventually found the swatch of fabric (about 1 month later), held it against the curtains and they are different colours. Approached company about it, sent photos of swatch and curtains and they are very different colours, curtains dark grey and swatch navy blue. The company wouldn't accept that they had supplied different colour to the swatch and that they were at fault. I wouldn't recommend them because of their attitude in customer service. They informed me that the colours on the monitor couldn't be relied on and that was why there was a difference but they failed to accept that the photo was taken with both items in it. They kept repeating the same mantra. I hadn't let them know there was a problem within 7 days!! I would never have expected to have to double check a colour let alone do it within 7 days. Felt really let down that under no circumstances would they accept responsibility and that they seemed to continue saying they couldn't do anything. In the end gave up trying to get a replacement.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Web page clearly says blackout and they aren't. Worst customer service I've ever seen

Seems to be a common thread with bedding bought from ideal textiles (no pun intended) - purchased for Xmas not put on until January 2024 the duvet stitching along the top has all come undone - contacted Ideal Textiles quoting consumer rights 2015 act re goods being fit for purpose - Ideal Textiles response it’s more than 28 days and they stated we don’t know how it’s been washed so nothing can be done! So if you want bedding that can only last 28 days these are your provider - shocking customer service all round - Consumer Helpline should help anyone struggling for a satisfactory response!

Got Christmas bedding end Aug 23 kept it in packaging. Got out to wash before Xmas all faded. Wouldn’t allow to return. Washed it before putting on. OMG all faded the red can’t even use. They refuse to accept defective and refund. Can’t even use

Bought a floral king size bedspread. Bedspread is as described. Delivery took longer than expected but overall i like the cover and was happy with the price.

Very poor company. Sent three messages and they havnt replied. No goods have arrived. 7 days overdue.

So frustrating.
I ordered a turquoise duvet online, not only is it labled and described as 'teal' but it looks it too. Turned up and it's navy!
Couldn't be further from the image.

Email service was unhelpful, unapologetic, and refused to pay my returns bill. They also stated 'the colour may differ from screen to screen' but advertising a completely different colour shade, name and photo is a very different thing.
