IDeals is a really easy to use, simple and straight forward data room product. It is so important that the technology does not get in the way of the deal - IDeals manages to do this seamlessly. In these times of remote working, online data rooms are the only way to keep the transaction moving.

Easy to use
Easy, quick response team and easy to work with. If necessary I would definitely use Ideals VDR for our online Dataroom again

Nice and impressive service
iDeals Virtual Data Room (VDR) offers affordable and flexible service. The price is reasonable, and the pricing is storage-based, rather than user-based, It is good for flexible design. It has good control of users and nice reporting function.
The help desk responds very quickly and finds out the problem. Impressive.
Only two things to be improved.
1) Speed. In my region, the service is a little bit slow. I am not sure it is due to a connection or volume of data.
2) Rendering. Unlike other services, the rendering of document is a little blurry.
I hope they make improvement soon.

Awesome functionality; much better price.
I'm happy to provide a glowing recommendation for iDeals, which we have utilized in connection with our strategic fundraising. As a BigLaw Associate and AMLAW 200 Partner, I frequently utilized the two industry leading VDR platforms. Now that I'm in-house GC, cost matters more than it did before...and I've found that iDeals has very similar functionality to the best platform (which is to say, better functionality than the second industry leader) but at a fraction of the price.
