The biggest issue I faced was with customer support. It took several days to receive a response, and the answers provided were generic rather than helpful. When dealing with technical services, timely and clear communication is very important.
The biometric matching is surprisingly robust. Even with poor lighting on the user's end, it still catches the details. Very impressed.
A lot of bugs and a lack of response from Support. V1 has errors that won't be worked on anymore, and V2 cannot go pass the selfie step. They have now a beta version but it doesn't work for all sessions still. Not worth it if you have high volume of transactions.
We are a startup not able to afford most of the similar services out there until we find these guys, got some discount off the labeled package. Highly recommended!
I must vouch for ID analyzer team for providing such great products without all the hassels, my experience has been almost perfect with their 24/7 support, stable API servers, wide range of document support. Look no further if you are looking for the most cost effective id solution for your company.
Functionality looks very promising, however, documentation is abit confusing, wish there were more example source code.
Not so good at programming but the tech guys on live chat helped me debugged my implementation script... def saved my day.
Overall a good experience, except face recognition seems to fail slight more frequently with black faces...
Used ID Analyzer for one of my client's project, sometimes the API is too strict on validation and treated certain valid IDs as invalid, contacted support and they were able to fix it.
Been using ID Analyzer for almost 6 months, competitive price and support is great.
Tried several other providers, this one gives the most accurate ocr results on ids.
