Hi,

We’re sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by the stock availability issue. We understand how upsetting it is to place an order and only be informed afterwards that an item is unavailable. This isn’t the experience we want our customers to have, and we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details so our team can look into this and assist you further.
