Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend 😁😁😁

Greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man, we thought we needed a new charging port on my daughters iPhone but all it needed was some pocket lint removed, all done in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Customer service like this is very hard to find these days. Excellent shop would definitely recommend to everyone, 5 ⭐️ service.

Very good service and competitive prices. I needed a replacement charging port and it was replaced very quickly and they even gave me a loan phone so I could be contacted.

I went into the Maidenhead store and was greeted with excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly. The phone was fixed no problem. I highly recommend this store and will most certainly be going back in the future.

Quick and easy - super reliable.

Great service.

Good price.

Had a problem with a Samsung phone not charging. Solved within minutes. Fabulous, friendly service. Will definitely be going back with any phone or IT issues in the future

I went into the Maidenhead branch as my daughter's iPhone was not switching on. Was helped by a nice friendly guy. My daughters phone was repaired within 40 minutes with a 3 month warranty and reasonable fee. I will definitely use them for all out future Issues we might have. I Highly recommended.

Had my spare i6 screen replaced and they also diagnosed and repaired the audio fault on my i7+. The handset would only work with wireless headphones. Both were done for less than £60 each and the turnaround was under 48 hrs. I've used them before and would highly recommend them again.

Just been to Maidenhead and am really chuffed with a great job. My Ipad was dropped over Christmas and the screen cracked. Dave has done a brilliant job and I would highly recommend.

I dropped into their Maidenhead branch to see if they could put a new battery into my iPhone 6 - they couldn’t have been more helpful and nice - when I came back from the hairdressers an hour later it was all done and working. I highly recommend them.

iPhone wasn’t charging but these guys replaced charging port within 4hrs. Amazing service from a lovely guy. They’ll sort you out with a smile

Remotely fixed a breach of our company’s firewall and installed kaspersky. Fast and professional.

Great service - easy to book, very quick and reasonable
Really impressed
Thank you

Performs miracles!! Complex phone issue resolved, and with excellent service. I had a complex issue with my phone. Took my phone to the Maidenhead Branch where one of team member assisted me on the times visited. My phone required what is called Level 4 repairs, and I have to say having also checked with the makers of the phone (who said nothing could be done to repair) I was over the moon that icracked-it managed to repair the phone. Excellent service quick very informative and friendly staff! Can’t fault them at all! Great job fixing my phone and great price too!!
