Amazing work done by the team
Amazing work done by the team. I needed an iphone screen repair and i got it done at a very decent price from this place. The technicians here are apple certified so they are brilliant at their jobs.

I had an excellent experience with icrackedit who fixed my iPhone charging port to a high standard. They promptly collected my phone and returned it the next day. Fantastic service!

Superb service
Superb service. I dropped my laptop off to Icracked-it due to a faulty battery of my laptop. Upon investigating, it seems that a capacitor had blown on my logic board; a repair that a lot of shops might not want to carry-out and instead would advise disposing of the laptop or charge an absurd fee. They refused to charge more than the cost of the battery replacement. The people who were there are also incredibly friendly.

Top class
Top class. Really efficient, knowledgeable service from friendly staff. In lockdown they responded rapidly to phone calls, came to collect my phone, and brought it back. They also offered to leave me with another mobile phone for the two hours they took to replace my screen. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

What amazing service!-back in 3 hours!
I dropped my Iphone 11 whilst out cycling yesterday at 3pm- called icrackit at 4pm, it was collected at 4.30pm and returned to me at 7pm - was also given a replacement phone while it was being repaired.
A great experience which could have turned into a nightmare!- many thanks and well done!

Super-quick screen replacement
I had an older model ipad air which needed a new screen (I cracked it), I had put up with it for a while but the cracks started to make the ipad go into autopilot opening and closing apps randomly. I sent a WhatsApp message to icracked it and they got back to me very quickly. They collected the ipad, replaced the screen and returned it within 24hours. The service was polite, efficient, effective and the technician who came to my house observed the current COVID19 precautions to the letter. Very happy.

Very pleased with a camera and screen replacement on my iPad, as the shop was closed the engineer collected and returned within 48 hrs keeping me updated on the progress.
Highly recommended.

First class pickup/drop off service
Despite lockdown and the shop closed I was able to contact their engineer who offered a pickup/drop off service. I used this service and my phone is returned on Monday after being picked up Friday. Fantastic service 👍
