Iconic Arms Anmeldelser

Associate are Very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend to my friends

So far my experience as a dealer was less then prefect.
You guys promised us to deliver the firearm in 120 days which was June well into COVID-19 Pandemic.. 120 days came and gone still no product.
3 days ago I received an email stating that you guys finally shipped my customers firearm and there is still no firearm... and what's even a lot more weird is no tracking # to be found either.
You have to realize any communication I receive from you guys I turn around and inform my customer with the new updates...
Now, thanks to you guys I lost my customers trust..! Good job!

This was my first purchase And I felt no pressure at all and I was given their full attention . All my questions were answered . I found the price to be very reasonable And the turnaround time Was very quick . I would highly recommend iconic

Pleasure dealing with Iconic. Dedicated, personalized service, pleasure to deal with.

A very friendly and personalized gun shop with interesting guns on-hand.

Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend to all.

Try here, best shooting range ever.

I had a great transaction with Iconic Arms. Great communication and I received my order promptly. Thanks!

The presentation of options was valuable. The selection made was Ariel’s recommendation after we discussed the choices. Delivery was a bit longer than expected but not unreasonable during the high volume period in January.

Look no further, Excellent service. Highly recommend Iconic.

Very professional service .
Highly recommended!!!

These guys did the impossible, think about it, not only got me a bad ass carry piece but did it though an election and a pandemic my hats off , don't get me wrong it took a while but they never lost focus and kept me updated the whole time.

Staff was great, but when I tried to order extra magazines, I didn't get a reply back, I had to contact the main company for information.

Great service and expert guidance through the entire purchasing process. Ariel was great !!

a little lax in fwding shipping info. Then showed one thing and it turned out to be another. Their gun armory was excellent . added a delivery charge twice but was resolved by shipper. prices seem to be competive with other online vendors. Will buy again all things conserded

Placed my order on a Zmobday, received my order on the next Monday. Great place to deal with

A small, modest dealer, highly professional and a pleasure to work with. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, enabling them to provide excellent advice and recommendations for each individual client. Their level of service was above and beyond. The moment I notified them I'd made a purchase that was being shipped to them, they were on top of things, including doing all prep work ahead of time so the transfer would go smoothly and quickly when my order arrived. I know I'll be using their services again for future transfers and will highly recommend them as a FFL for anyone in the area who needs. Thank you Iconic Arms. Truly Iconic!

Very professional, I got my sights installed here and he did an excellent job, would recommend to all.

Used Gun not in stock and total refund without issue. Thank you.
