poor customer care
i-choose got my delivery address incomplete but managed to get my billing address correct!
Eventually received a refund for the product but not the postage.
i-choose suggested that it was for me to call Royal Mail to track the package and left it at that.
very poor customer care.
many good reviews online but I won't be using them again.

After checking your order, I can confirm that the reason for your item being returned to us a "Undelivered" by Royal Mail was that the first line of your address (Flat Number) was missed when you raised the order with us. You're correct that you did enter the flat number for your billing address, however our systems require the correct address details input to your delivery address to correctly receive items. Lazy website design makes it easy to order the wrong phone cover design
Ordered a phone cover for my son's mobile and we didn't get the design we chose (it seems that clicking on the design is not enough - you also have to chose from a drop down box).
As it is personalised it can't be returned.
Just lazy website design in my view, which makes it easy for users to make this error.

Excellent quality, super quick delivery. I stupidly got the wrong sized phone case but that’s not the companies fault and I will be reordering through them to get the correct item this time!
