Arrived Damaged.
Arrived damaged. The upper tube was punctured. Zero response from multiple emails to customer service. When I emailed the email associated with the paypal account that recieved the payment, I was given another email address to contact. The response from that customer service email was that there are puncture repair patches included to repair punctures!! Plenty of other companies in Ireland that do better quality icetubs. Shop around and avoid icetubs.ie!!

Ordered at 2pm, delivered to my door the next day.
Very responsive to email query in advance.
The product is a gift so have yet to open it up but very impressed so far.

Customer relation fail
Great product, quick delivery one minor issue with product which doesn't effect the performance but its still a fault. Customer service non-existent once they have you're money sent 3 emails informing company of fault last week & tried messenger this week. No reply or acknowledgement, I'm all for supporting irish companies but there are plenty of alternatives with this product

Peeved to say the least
Peeved to say the least. I purchased the tub back in May. It wasnt in stock when I ordered it but this wasnt displayed on the website. Got a quick response when i made enquiries so that was good. I was happy to wait because i wanted to buy from an Irish business. Eventually came but not all of my order arrived. Had to wait some more for the final bits to come. The tub was also faulty and there was some initial back and forth for a few months until they finally decided to just ignore me.
The product itself is great does the job. I repaired it myself. But disappointed in the service.

Inflatable Ice Tub
I purchased the Inflatable IceTub and there was a very slight issue with it. It didn't interfere with the performance of the Ice Tub but when i notified the company I got a replacement in the post very quickly. It is a quality product and the service i received was excellent. I would have no problems recommending icetubs.ie and their ice tub to anyone interested.

I Received a faulty product
I Received a faulty product, i told the supplier straight away , they told me if i couldn't repair it they would replace it under warranty i waited weeks and nothing arrived, then the company said that my product wasn't covered under warranty? I have all the proof and correspondence with them , now they wont honour their word ,i am now left 2 months with a faulty product and just want a refund, very very bad customer service 😑
