Fast and correct communication

Order new iceriver ks0 ultra and come use ones. Also no access to it. No paper work with it. Just box with miner.
Also delayed over 1 months. Not recommended

My experience is that Iceriver.eu are running a ponzi cloud mining scam. Circlehash LLC is the real name of the business behind Iceriver, go look their profile up on TrustPilot, it is full of scam reports! Circlhash run other scam business such as Oneminers.

SCAM ALERT! The reviews on TrustPilot are fake. Near all positive reviews are from profiles with only 1 review. Reviewers mention mining equipment, such as for Zcash, that Iceriver do not even sell!

Hello, I've been waiting 4 days for UPS to deliver my order. It's such a coincidence that they always come when the office is closed. They don't even bother to ring the doorbell, let alone call my cell phone. I hope to receive the miner before the new year, but let's see if the delivery driver decides to come during normal office hours. I'm still waiting...

I bought a Zcash miner because this model is one of the available miners for pre-order. It was my first time doing a pre-order, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The waiting time was a bit long, but support kept updating me, so at least I knew what was going on.

When the miner finally arrived, it worked fine and the setup was easy. Not a perfect process because of the wait, but overall the experience was okay for a pre-order.

How has the whole process gone, the quick response when I've needed it

order from October 6, 2025 was paid - I don´t have goods, any info about delivery, any communication...

3 out of 4 deliveries arrived on time for me. The last one took a bit longer, but only by a few weeks. Customer service kept confirming my order number (which I already included), and later explained the delay was due to testing the unit before shipping. At least they were clear about the process, even when they were checking a different model first. No issues on my end though, miner came in good shape and working perfectly. Looks like they really make sure everything is tested properly before sending it out.

Order placed for a KS5M on the basis that item was in stock for 24 hour dispatch (2-5 day delivery via UPS), Payment confirmed on the 20th October 2025 and yet order still hasn't been released. Unable to get an answer on telephone, Live chat is not responding and WhatsApp is silent. Requested refund and silence. Seeking legal advice and this feels like theft. Avoid at all costs

I received my minor in less than 3 weeks, there was a tracking number and it was very well packaged for protection. They even added a lesser value on the documentations that allowed me to pay less custom fees. I am very satisfied with their services and I will return to purchase more units.

I order from their website yesterday and honestly it was not so hard like I expect. I am not big tech guy and my english also not perfect, but I can still find everything. Home page load fast and menu is simple, I just click "Miners" and already see the machines and price there.

When I open the miner page, information is clear enough for me. Hashrate, power and hosting option are in one place, I don't need search everywhere. The :Add to car' vutton is big so I don't miss it. After I add the miner, the checkout page also simple, just put my name, email and choose payment. No too much extra steps, no crazy pop up.

What I like most is that price not changing in last step. I see total before I pay, so I feel more safe. I was little scared before because first time I do hosting online, but website is pretty straight and not confusing. For me, even with my bad grammar and so strong computer skills, I can finish the order alone.

On October 20, 2025, I ordered the Iceriver ALEO Ae2 - 720 MH/s with hosting, regular price 2,999.00 EUR, under order #IR3067. I wanted to start small to see how everything works before going for a higher model.

After placing the order, I received the confirmation email right away. The payment process was siple. I sent my payment through bank on October 22, and it was confirmed not long after. A support agent also messaged me to let me know that my miner was added to the queue for installation, which gave me confidence that everything was moving forward.

They mentioned that setup for my batch might take until early november, depending on hosting space and network load. I appreciated the clear updates and honest timeline. It's better when a company explains things rather than keeping customers guessing.

While waiting, I checked the dashboard several times. It's clean and easy to use once you get familiar with it. I can see my orders, payments, and hosting info in one place. There were a few delays in the withdrawal section, but the team assured me that it's being handled as they upgrade their system.

OVerall, my experience has been good and transparent so far. The communication is polite, and I can tell they're trying to keep things organized even when the schedule gets tight. I'm looking forward to seeing my AE2 running soon and checking its daily earnings once it goes live.

I got a firmware error while home mining and I didn't know what to do, so I contacted Oneminers and they calmly guided me step by step: check the model, download the right file, reflash, reset the pools. The miner was back up. They kept the instructions simple, stayed with me until it worked, and followed up the next day to make sure everything was still fine.

The IceRiver EU website didn't have miner I've been searching for for weeks. However, I found exactly what I was looking for when I checked the app. My order was processed without any issues, and the app is simple to use. I'm quite pleased with my purchase, though it would be ideal if the website and app could sync up a little better.

I love that they have a Pay Later option now... This is really a pleasant help for people like me :). I have tried to order one before but didn't proceed because of the huge total payment. I always suggest through their social media platforms to at least have a Pay Later option, and am happy because they really implemented 🥰.
