Sent my skates incorrectly aligned and with only temporary screws…

I've read the other reviews, so this may be a complete opposite. Made an inquiry regarding hockey skates (Graf G515X) and spoke to Jade who was professional in the way she treated me. These, by the way were for my daughters fiancé in Canada. Seamless transaction, courier service extremely well priced (FedEx) and arrived 6 days later. Good service all round! (and he loves the boots)

I ordered skates from this company as a birthday gift for my daughter. When the skates arrived, they turned out to be the wrong model and the wrong size. Mistakes happen, so I contacted the company and was asked to return them, which I did.
What happened next was shocking. After returning the skates, I was informed that I had “damaged” the skate box and was asked to pay £10 for the cardboard box. This was entirely their error from the start, yet I was expected to pay for packaging after already wasting my time returning an item I should never have received in the first place.
To make matters worse, they then sent the replacement skates back to me in the same damaged box I had returned. On top of that, the package was incomplete — the original skate authenticity passport was missing.
Every single step of this process came with a new problem. Incorrect product, unnecessary return, an absurd charge for a cardboard box, reused damaged packaging, and missing documents. Dealing with this company has been exhausting and frustrating.
My daughter found this company originally, but I cannot recommend them at all. If you want peace of mind, timely delivery, and basic professionalism, spend a little more money elsewhere. It will save you time, stress, and arguments over something as ridiculous as being charged £10 for a box.
This review is written in the hope that the company reflects on how poorly this order was handled from start to finish.

Shop lists size incorrectly in centimetres on the website and takes no accountability for any mistakes made. Attitude to customers is abysmal, Take your business elsewhere

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE- FAULTY PRODUCT. Company has sold me a faulty product. They permanently mounted blades instead of a temporary mount which is not correct and has led to more issues and difficulty when adjusting the blade. The blades were also fitted incorrectly as they were not straight! My skate shop was shocked by the state of my “new” skates. My boots also had unfilled holes from a previous blade which has led to water damage and rot. These holes should have been filled by the company before sending out to a customer. The company has refused a refund and refused a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Go to a skate shop in real life. Terrible workmanship and terrible customer service.

the website lets you order items but doesn't tell you they are out of stock, 2 days later you heard nothing so you email the shop but they only reply to you after 2pm when they open briefly, overall not a great way to run a business, would have been a 1 star but the prompt refund made it a 2 star.
