Genuinely decent product and no issues with delivery.

I waited over a month until it arrived. After writing them an email, I actually received an answer and date of delivery, which was met. The product had a small hole, which was disappointing but easy to fix. Now everything works. Would probably buy it from another company, but it still works.

Ice tub is great with a good quality. However i waited it for almost 2 months but customer service warned me for that so it is ok, worth waiting. Also if you are ordering from EU you would pay 50% of the price for tax and duties. Be aware of that. But product is perfect for me altough i would like that is little bigger because i have .193 cm and 100 kg

The ring around the top refuses to stay inflated which is annoying as it doesn’t look great and the top cover (which is just a nylon sheet) just blows off. Apart from that it holds cold water.

The sub-zero tecnhology isn't really working. Despite adding lots of ice, it doesn't go below 8°C and I'm afraid Iwon't be able to have any cold water in spring or summer because of its black colour.
And last, the inflatable part must have a hole in it because I have been inflating it daily since the first time I oppened the package.
Considering the main rate on trust pilot, the rates displayed on the website are misleading.

My ice bath took about 2 weeks to come, was really easy to set up. Not really had any issues with it at all. The only issue I have had is that the lid could be more secure. But that’s a problem that was easily fixed but I’d recommend sorting the lid before you fill it up.

ICE TUB IS SUPER .. HAD TO PAY IMPORT CHARGE BUT OFFSET THIS ON CHEAP PRICE - WORKS WELL!

Good quality ice bath,reasonably priced and overall happy with item

Very long delivery time. It’s a great ice tub and very convenient for the purpose, but if you are bigger person you won’t be that comfortable with it.

A great product and exactly what I wanted. Little wait for the delivery but has been worth it. I use it everyday and it has been out side in -15/-20 as I live in Finland.

It came with a small leak had to send back but customer service dealt with things faster than I've ever experienced and had my money back as soon as I shown proof of postage.

Love my ice tub! Came within a few days of ordering. Any queries I had around set up were answered swiftly and they were really helpful.

The leaflet you get with the purchase was really helpful particularly if you are new to the experience. I do the wim hoff breath work everyday followed by a 5 minute dip. So glad a took the ‘plunge’ and actually bought one.

Great experience with this company. I emailed them before making a purchase on delivery times and was emailed back the next morning with approx date and It did arrive on dates told. I did have an issue with it and again emailed and had a return email within hours with everything sorted. The tub does what it’s meant to so no complaints.
