So far so good. Been helpful. Quick and easy. Emails get answered pretty quickly. They allowed me to change my payment date sooner. Ran into an issue and needed to re borrow and was able to make it happen pretty fast. Now I have a broken washing machine so let's hope they let me change my date to pay soon again here I need a little more lmao my goodness life just give me a break why don't you haa come on!

Deceptive Business Practices
Just know that even if you are a VIP status member you will not receive VIP treatment. I did everything right, I paid off my loan and provided proof of payment as requested.
Much to my disappointment, I am now being told I need to wait 4 business days despite providing ample evidence of funds being deducted from my account and sending an e transfer to pay off the remaining balance.
If you require faster access to funds, I strongly recommend a competitor who values long time members in good standing

Reference program NOT working
I am a longtime customer of iCash, VIP level, I don't have anything to say about the loan, but recently, I referred a friend to use iCash using the link and followed the instructions that they advice, my friend had no issue getting a loan and paid it off, and just started a second one, I just noticed that I don't have any refer on the list inb my account, I mentioned it to iCash and they keep answering with the same email: please refer to your account and look at it....I even sent them an email that my friend got with the link from me, and even then, iCash ignored it. I have the feeling they DO NOT care about it, and reference might be just a marketing tactic but it does NOT really work, they don't pay you and the friend you refer, as mentioned on their website. This is not about money, they paid only $ 20 each, but this is about the principle, just want to verify if they mean what they said and the experience is right there, proving it all... Thanks
