Sehr schöner leichter Rahmen, super verarbeitet!
Sehr guter Service!

I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Graro bike frame in size M (52) The communication was excellent outstanding, professional and patient service provided by the store. The communication was excellent throught - I received prompt and detailed answers to all my questions and I was kept fully informed about the progress of my order and the shipping process.

The frame is beautifully crafted and feels very solid. It's lightweight and sleek with modern aerodynamic design. It"s also compatible with Di2 shifting system.

Highly recommend - both the frame and the store exceeded my expectations

Sehr guter Service und schneller Versand.
Ausgezeichnete Carbonlaufräder.

Guter Eindruck! Habe das Bike fertig aufgebaut. Kauferlebnis ist super betreut. Teile scheinen gut zu sein, Fahrtest steht noch aus.

Prezzi buoni, qualità adeguata. Ottima assistenza, grazie a debby

Fast response time to my questions. Debby provided excellent information service throughout the entire ordering process until delivery.

Excellent assistance through all purchasing processes by Debby. Ultra fast and responsive. The style of entering a dialog after the first webshop order placement to detail out further specs and alternatives worked great for me. The shipment was ultrafast and flawless. Excellent packaging and no damages on frame or wheels. On top the product look great (before riding). Will get back with a riding review later.

Todo genial y estan en contacto contigo para informarte del envio y ayudarte.

super customer support. material looks top quality. i will test it in next months

Very good.purchasing experience, the comms from Debby were fantastic and the shipping time was very good. Packing of my wheels was much better than other suppliers and the wheels themselves (ican 50pro) are absolutely superb.
I've put a few hundred miles on them now and they're still spot-on.
I could not be happier with my experience, it surpassed my expectations in every way...I will be buying again in the future.

Very professional helpful service! High value for money!

Very good contact. Information about the order status sent on an ongoing basis. Workmanship at the highest level. The frame looks beautiful. The package is very well secured. Full professionalism in every detail. I recommend this company

I had a great experience with Debby from Icancycling. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, answering all my questions with great patience and knowledge. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thanks to her assistance, I felt cared for and valued as a customer. I highly recommend using her!

Upgrading my stock aluminium wheels (DT Swiss C 1800) on my gravel bike Canyon Grail CF SL. After doing a bit of web search, I went ahead and ordered G25 gravel wheel set from ICAN. Ordered on Amazon.de (in order to skip dealing with customs) Got a message from Debby on Whatsapp - basically we went through my order and compared with my current wheelset specs to make sure ordered wheelset will fit the bike... Debbie found a problem - my wheel with 11 speed cassette had SRAM XD driver and I have ordered wheelset with SRAM XDR driver (for 12speed casette) - specifications listed on Amazon.de were a bit misleading, Thankfully this was picked up and my order was amended to get correct part which would fit...Wheels were delivered with rim tape (needed to be installed) and valves. Went for tubeless setup, have Vittoria inserts and 40 mm Specialized Patfinder tyres. Wheels are rolling well, lighter than original wheels. Noticable difference is that they are quite quiet on freewheeling (ratcheting sound on free wheeling DTs is so loud it will alert walkers or other cyclist). I was very happy with customer support, next time will be buying directly on ICAN website (option to upgrade bearings...)

Got two frames from ICAN, an A8 Roadbike and a new ICAN Graro Gravel Frame. Quality is really good, nothing to complaine. Delivery was very fast and the contact and support was very nice. I had some questions regarding the geometry - they were all answered very fast and detailed.

I ordered the Ican Flyee frame with a custom paint. The communication for the custom paint was made via whatsapp, which was very helpful. After two weeks the frame was ready, and Ican send me some photos before the items were shipped. VAT and tax were included, so it was a very smooth ordering process.
I build the bike with a Shimano DI2 ultegra, the routing of cables and brake hoses was easy but I had some issues because I had to bend the front and rear derailleur hangers in order to set them straight for the derailleur mounting. The bottom bracket installation was very easy thanks to the T47 standard.
The bike painting is very nice, and the frame and handlebar are very stiff.
I am very pleased with my new bike and the Ican quality. Will definitely recommend to buy an Ican frameset!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Beratung.

I bought a X-gravel 2 bike frame at Ican. After my web-order, they contacted me through Whatsapp to check if the order was correct. The frame was shipped from a warehouse in Bremen to the Netherlands. The frame was packed well protected.
Unfortunately the frame appeared to be a different color than ordered, but ‘Debbie’ of Ican solved this quickly.
