Communication with Debby via WhatsApp is really great, from customer service to patience, everything is perfect.
I just ordered the ICAN G25Sl and I'm really looking forward to receiving the product.
This is my second set of wheels from ICAN; the G24s have easily covered over 8000 km without any problems.
I was considering buying other wheels, but my trust in ICAN won out.

ICAN, keep up the good work!

Debbs was absolutely brilliant so helpful in choosing the wheels i needed to making sure they were suitable for my bike and keeping me informed till they were delivered

The customer service is great and very fast! You can get the information you need!
I have been driving one set of wheels for my bike for one year and it works perfectly. So I decided to buy a second set for another bike. I can really recommend ICAN wheels!

Amazing customer care - amazing product

I had a very good experience while buying and shipping of the product, the service team is very nice and kept contact through the whole process via Whatsapp.

The wheels are amazing as well. I bought them because of the recommendation of a friend and I am very pleased so far. After riding around 200km on them I can say that they are very fast, very stable in the wind and the comfort is good. The hubs perform also very good, no problem what so ever and they spin and spin and spin.

Von der Beratung, der Bestellung, die Lackierung, dem Versand alles hervorragend. Man wurde sogar per WhatsApp über die Zwischenstände der Lackierung informiert.

Great support, keeping me updated during delivery to Germany, always quick to react to my questions!

Buying experience is great! Something you'll never get from any german company. Extraordinary service. Hight quality product and very fast delivery.

I could get a very personalized color with my graro that looks terrific, staff was reactive, kind and very helpful during all the process, always available after I got the frame for technical advices. Finitions of the frame are high level, indeed it'e possible to have a very good frame kit for a reasonable price and set up one's dream bike

De wielen zijn prima en communicatie verliep vlekkeloos. Een aanrader

I tested the wheels bought in the race, they are smooth and solid even when the road is bumpy.

Thank you for the opportunity to have a wheelset at a fair price!

Habe mittlerweile den 3. Rahmen aufgebaut.
-X-Gravel (5000km)
-Graro (3000Km)
-Flyee, Probefahrt steht noch aus!
Und muss sagen alles Top,
-Service und Kundenkontakt
-Qualität der Rahmen und Teile
-Laufeigenschaft der Räder 1A
Keine Probleme bis Dato.
Klare Empfehlung
Danke

Fantastic price point for super wheels. I have bought 3 sets of Aero 40 plus wheels over the past 6 months and they are as good as wheels that I paid 3-4x more for. Their customer service has been excellent from purchase, to shipping, to follow up when I wanted an XDR driver.

Buongiorno scrivo in italiano
Dopo mesi di ricerca mi sono fermato ad ICAN....
c era il telaio che cercavo io
Misure perfette per me
Grazie

I bought my first set of Ican carbon wheels a few months ago. They have worked out really well, so well that I just bought a set for my other bike! Their customer service has been top notch, and I would recommend their wheels and the company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their bike to lighter and more aero wheels, while paying only a fraction of the price of wheels from other manufacturers!

I ordered the Graro gravel Frame Set and the Blade g handle bar. Because I wanted a custom Color for the Frame I contacted the Customer service. Within a couple hours Debby from ICAN cycling emailed me back and send me some sample Pictures of the colors I wanted. The Communication was allways very Kind and responsive and I fellt well informed about every step. The Package arrived earlier than expected and was extremly well packed. The paintjob is outstanding and the Color is exactly like I wanted. Overall a Great experience I can highly recommend.
