It is more than an abuse, the money they charge for what the sent. First and last time I buy something from these people.

I ordered 300$ worth of jamon and accompaniments. After everything went through paypal and they took payment, I noticed they had the wrong delivery address. There was no phone number, so I tried the company chatbox..no response, filled the on site form..no response, wrote 4 emails, no response. I haven't gotten an order from them and they won't respond to me, even after I asked them to cancel and refund me, so I filed a grievance with PayPal. Terrible site!

Ordered boquerones, which were quite pricey - what arrived was a disgrace: a tray of tiny mushed fish flakes. That was just the beginning - they don’t actually respond on live chat, or to emails, or to texts…. there apparently isn’t an actual customer support phone line… so trying to get a refund is a major time waste. Very frustrating - there are much better options I will stick to going forward.

I ordered on June 18. As of today July 1,I have not received my order. Furthermore,nor a single communication about when my order will be delivered.

I recently came back from Spain & was wanting a taste of it again.
When my first order arrived, one jar of olives had opened and leaked. I reached out and the company made it right fast! The customer service and the interaction was professional, kind & caring.
The items themselves were delicious and exactly what I’m looking for. I placed a second order for some family that was also with me in Spain. Thank you Iberico Clib for the tasty items and great customer service!

The ham was excellent quality. Would order again.

I am very disappointed with my purchase experience. The sales process was extremely frustrating and inefficient. I had to send many emails back and forth just to resolve basic issues with their website and redeem a gift card — something that should have been straightforward took weeks of messaging. When my order finally arrived, the box was badly damaged, making it completely unsuitable as a gift. To make matters worse, the product itself had an extremely limited shelf life; it was set to expire in less than a month from delivery. This is completely unacceptable for a premium food item, especially if you’re planning to give it to someone else. Overall, I would not recommend buying from this company unless they radically improve both their customer service and product handling.

I’m in New York and my order arrived with fast, free shipping. The jamón is incredible—authentic flavor and great quality. Smooth experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for more.

From olives to chorizo to other Spanish delicacies, anchovies, yummy! everything I’ve ordered has been authentic, perfectly packed, and shipped free and fast. It feels like bringing a piece of Spain straight to my home.

For anyone in the US who loves Spanish food, this is as good as it gets.

The worst online shop I've dealt with in a long time. They treat you terribly, promise a discount that then disappears, tell you they'll attend you in seconds and then ignore you for hours (literally), just repeating that they're attending other people. It's incomprehensible. Avoid them at all costs. Besides, I'm Spanish and the products they offer are very expensive if you look at the weight. I chose them for lack of a better option (or so I thought).

I made a purchase of almost 600 dollars. Company did only email me a confirmation of order. After 5 days without any update, I had to contact them myself. It turns out the order is on its way. This may sound whiny to some, but in a mega competitive market like the food one (I could have ordered through Amazon) I took a risk. I feel however, that the seller does not take seriously that buyers can feel insecure. Also, come on! to send updates via email on a big purchase is not an extra, it is a by-default practice.
My order has been two days on its way but nobody notified me until I texted them.
Not ok guys. Next time I will go to La Tienda.

I ordered four items and only received two contact customer service but they blame you for not purchase their (thief protection insurance ).My order only costs around $100. And I really don't understand why I have to pay extra insurance for $100 for shopping online in US. They did send me a pictures of how they packed the package, but I did reply them back some pictures was inside when I opened the package. anyway they said they're going to file a claim to UPS but it's been a month never heard anything.be aware.

I absolutely love Ibérico Club! The quality of the Jamón Ibérico is outstanding, and everything arrives perfectly packed and fresh. You can really taste the difference. Great customer service too. 100% recommended!
