Abri a conta em 22 de janeiro através de referência de um amigo e foi-me logo atribuído um gestor de conta (Teresa Sousa) que mostrou disponibilidade total para me ajudar e esclarecer ao longo de todo o processo de carregamento da conta.
Porque abri através de um amigo recebi logo 10€ e daí a uns dias após o carregamento recebi mais 40€.
Até agora estou mesmo muito contente com esta opção de diversificação.

Better interests than a bank account.

Hi to all.I was deposited a small amount to see what is happening with this cmpany(?).After three months i saw that there is nothing importand to offer.0.00....1% is a joke just for lough.I tried to withdraw my money.I tried through their site but their system decided that my bank account had a wrong iban number and locked.There was no way to do something.Not cancel the old and add a new one,nothing.After that they asked from me all the id documents i had.When i became a member all were good.Now all off them were not.After three months i had allready send them all the papers 10 times or more.First the one was not good after the other,the foto was not good, send again and again.Finally after a few people i start talking with someone named Sérgio Bronze who told me that all the papers were good except this today the other yesterday something else tomorrow and so on.
Today after six months waiting i decided to tell what is happening with them.BE AWARE.I am not sure for my money anymore.It was a very small amount.If it was something bigger?

All These were last week.Today after all these they sent me one more message.They ask for me again a document from my bank that my name,my address,my iban and so on.A document like the others i sent.I told SERGIO BRONZE(if it is his real name) that they have the document,they ask it again and i told him to do his job and i want my money since Monday.Today is Tuesday and he did not made something.
Do you believe that these people are not scamers?

And now again they ask the same document that aproves that this account is mine.The documents that i sent was all downloaded from my account's page in pdf format,coloured(as they ask) and with banks logo on them.This one is like the stamp on official documents.
Anybody understands that there are my name,my address where i live,my bank account and my IBAN number they want.The last one their system says is not an IBAN number(my bank do not know this number?).
Can anybody tell me what is that thing is missing to prove that this account is mine?I forget to tell that, from this account was the money they had take my money.

Try hundred time but not getting six digit for signup. Try hard. Now I removing app

Very simple to use and great earning rates. For customer service it's better to use the chat available on the app, they reply fast. I already recommended ibanwallet to family and friends.

Terrible customer support to start off with, by someone named Claudia. Very unsupporting and just suspended my new account without any warning, and no good reason. Untrustworthy.
