I raised ticket 29989 on Wednesday, still no update five days on

Iain arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He cleaned our lounge carpet and extracted a LOT of dirt!!!
Our home is an 'ex Showhouse' so a lot of feet had walked on the carpet.....because of this, I cant say it looks brand new but it is soooo much better than it was. Fresh, clean and smells nice.
Iain did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him 😊

Briliant service from beginning to the end. Highly recommend

Very professional friendly guy, did a excellent job cleaning my lounge carpet it looked so clean and smelt lovely, highly recommend excellent price as well .

Great guy, very professional and brought a huge, incredibly dirty, rug back to life after cat had used it as a toilet. Quick, efficient, great value for money. Can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely be using Iain again!

Stairs and landing, trwo bedrooms and two wool rugs cleaned by Iain.
1. An excellent professional experience.
2. Excellent communication.
3. Arrived at the agreed time.
4. The work carried out was far superior to
previous people we have used.
All in all a very happy customer.
Last but not least at a fair and honest price.

Iain did a great job. My stairs/landing & rug look like new. Would definitely recommend

Amazing service! Iain did a great job cleaning my sofa and chair! He was friendly and professional and very respectful of the property. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone else!

Thank you very much ☺️

Iain cleaned my elderly mother's settee and 2 chairs. His work is excellent and he was lovely with my mum - her flat is quite small so not a lot of space to work in. Well pleased - thanks Iain.

Iain responded promptly, The quality of work was good, he was efficient and polite and the price was good too.
We were well satified with the service. Thanks Iain!

Iain fitted us in at the last moment and was brilliant from start to finish. A consummate professional who delivers an excellent service.
Definitely first class!

Fantastic service. Our carpet was awful because of renovating the dog and kids. By far the best value after quotes I'd had. Iain arrived on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The smell is so refreshing and the carpet is like brand new. Highly highly recommend - you won’t find better or cheaper in the area and someone who is so nice and polite. Thanks again . Will definitely be calling again. Below grubby marked pics and after pics .

Iain fit me in last minute after another cleaner let me down. I warned him that it was a big job but it was no problem for him. He has all the best carpet cleaning kit and did a fantastic job on my cream shag carpet. Looks so much fresher and smells great. He was professional and really friendly - my dog loved him. He works efficiently and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and use again. Book him quick though - he's a man in demand!

Iain did a really thorough job throughout and our carpets were much cleaner and smelt better too.
Iain is friendly, trustworthy, reliable, proactive and efficient and charges a fair price.
I highly recommend him for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Great company, got my sofa, rug and carpet cleaner than I imagined. Friendly, reliable service, would use again and recommend to others.

Fab job cleaning our two leather chairs that were covered in stains from our 3 very young children! Chairs are now immaculate, he even cleaned a patch of carpet with food stains on for free and he let himself in and out as requested whilst we weren't at home with no issues so very trustworthy too. Great job, highly recommend

Came to do our sofas and carpets, was very professional and would definitely recommend using his great services 👍
