I can’t give enough thanks to Cameron & Isobel over the last couple of months , they’ve made it as smooth as possible & have answered every question out there way. I’m new to the umbrella system so I had 100s of questions which they were more than happy to answer. Thank you both

Sent me an email to update my right to work on the same day I was supposed to get paid, I immediately responded and it’s been about 24 hours no response! Pay withheld with no explanations. The consultant assigned to me, Roopa only reached out during the onboarding and disappeared afterwards.

It’s just terrible customer service now, I think most of the helpful staffs already left, they read your emails and completely ignore it nowadays.

Really good service, it was very quick and efficient. they helped me get registered, answered all my questions and showed me a breakdown payslip. Very friendly customer service, would highly recommend :)

I recently changed jobs and am no longer employed by i4 but had an issue with my most recent pay slip due to the change in employer. My current employer wasn't any help at all so I tried to seek help through i4 and got in touch with George Smith who walked me through everything that had happened and that I had to do to get the issue sorted. He was incredibly patient, helpful and thorough, and I was able to get a solution within the day thanks to him. To be honest, this experience is reflective of every other experience I've had with i4 while employed through them and if I ever need to go back to an umbrella company, I won't hesitate to return to i4

George was fantastic in getting me set up with my account so that I could get paid! Best rates for any umbrella company other there - I’ve done the comparison. Quick seamless process. Would recommend.

From since my agency joined this company, my pay has been cut dramatically short. Even my holiday pay which was initially set aside was not safe, I decided to have it included in the wage, since it wasn't feasible being separate like how I was being paid before. They have now taken my holiday pay off my net pay and left me with crumbs! So unsatisfactory! My wages is not what it was before, working the same hours and getting hundreds of pounds less is wild!

I have worked with i4 for many years and have always been impressed with the service. Emma took over as our account manager a few years ago and has been fantastic from the start. Always available and gets any issues resolved swiftly. Always good fun to talk to, couldn't recommend her highly enough!
