Having used i2ioptometrists for a number of years the service I have received can only be described as FIRST CLASS. The staff are most welcoming and knowledgeable about the range of products. I have always received expert attention from eye tests to selecting suitable frames. I have no hesitation in highly recommending i2ioptometrists Howard Street, Glasgow.

Friendly, but very professional service. Nothing is a bother and everyone was smiling and chatty which made for a lovely atmosphere.

After visiting many opticians around Glasgow looking for frames I liked, I found the Howard St branch of I2I with its huge selection of contemporary frames. There were quite a few different style frames I liked here in comparison to none liked in other opticians around town. I worked with Mikey and then realised that the customer service here is special. Mikey assisted in locating frames that would suit me and also take my unusual prescription - no pushy selling, just helpful advice. If you're unsure of picking frames and need help with that then go see Mikey. They also have a range of lens types to suit various budgets including one where the reading and distance prescriptions are integrated with each other across the whole lens. I went back and got my sunglasses there also. After using various opticians around Glasgow won't go anywhere else now except I2I in Howard St.

I only came in on a whim to look at a frame I had seen online (which ended up not suiting me). Mikey spent ages with me finding something I liked (which is no easy task!) So patient and knowledgeable and he really went the extra mile to make sure that I got a frame that suited my face as well as the lens type which would be best for my lifestyle. Thank you so much!

From making an appointment online (very easy), to walking out the door after having my comprehensive eye examination, followed by the extremely helpful and attentive Mikey (Glasgow, Howard St branch)assist me with selecting my new frames and lenses (with honest and constructive feedback!) - my experience with i2i has been excellent.

Experience excellent as usual. Stephen, with his friendly, but professional demeanour puts you at your ease, before and during the examination. He also asks if there is any worrying concerns regarding your eyes.

Stephen had been my optometrist for many years now and has a very pleasant manner. He explanations are always clear. Today was especially tiring for me as I recently had a stroke and he was very patient.

Helped me pick out my glasses through various try ons and was extremely nice

Stephen is a top rate optician who explains exactly what is required. The other staff are hugely knowledgeable and accommodating. The range of frames on sale are top quality. The shop is well worth a visit
