little bit slowly when comes to marking but office has quick response if you ask something

I recently completed my Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and had a very positive experience throughout my learning journey.
The student support team was excellent, especially Mr Edwards, who was always helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I needed assistance.
Communication with my assessor, Kim, was also very good. She provided guidance and support throughout the course and kept me informed during the assessment process.
Overall, I found the team supportive and committed to helping learners succeed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to further their qualifications.

I enrolled on this course in October 2025 with the intention of completing it within four months, after confirming with iSuccess that this was achievable and paying £600 out of my own pocket due to a promotion being offered on completion. I completed all 17 units in under three months, with minimal resubmissions, and submitted the remaining evidence within the following weeks.

Despite this, I have spent nine months waiting for my work to be marked. My designated tutor and assessor rarely respond — the average response time has been around 5–6 weeks. Out of 31 messages I sent, only 12 received a reply. It also took three months just to arrange a conversation about booking the professional discussion.

For anyone hoping to complete this qualification in under a year, I cannot recommend this provider. There is also an unexpected £46 charge at the end of the course for a physical certificate, and they will not provide a PDF version unless this fee is paid. Considering the £600 course cost and the lack of support, this feels unreasonable. More tutors and assessors are clearly needed, especially when so many learners are self‑funding.

It was an awesome experience

It was a very interesting, informative, and educative programme. Throughout the programme, I enjoyed management cooperation and quick response to my enquiries.

Very disappointing experience with this college.

The marking and AI checking standards feel completely inconsistent. Before submitting assignments, students were told to use QuillBot or ZeroGPT to check AI scores, and that results under 20% would be acceptable. “If any of the 2 links gives AI result 20% and below, we accept the answer.” I followed those instructions carefully, checked my work using QuillBot, and even saved copies of the reports.

However, when my assignment was reviewed, they ignored the QuillBot result and instead referred to ZeroGPT only. This makes no sense to me, because if one detector shows 0% AI and another says the work is AI-generated, that clearly shows how unreliable these detection tools are in the first place.

What is frustrating is not just the accusation itself, but the lack of consistency and respect towards learners. Students are expected to follow unclear and changing standards, while also paying extra money for multiple AI detector subscriptions just to protect themselves.

If you are thinking of choosing this college because it seems cheaper, I would strongly suggest thinking carefully. In my experience, the process has been stressful, inconsistent, and not supportive to students at all.

I enjoyed the overall experience during my study. The platform was easy to navigate.
My assessor (Kim) was a wonderful person. She always respond promptly to my queries. Her continuous encouragement was a motivation for me.
However, i will suggest that learners are informed at the beginning of their course about options to choose either a research unit or module unit as i was made to pay additional cost for opting out of the research unit.

Overall, i would say it’s a good system and with good reponse when a call is pulled to the office direct but i would say slow marking of my courses is one thing that was very frustrating

Support I received

The course is all inclusive and covers all areas of children residential care. The quality of resources available to student is topnotch. Feedback from tutors are honest and unbiased. However, there is need for tutors to be timely with their feedback when assignments are submitted. Overall, it was a great journey completing my Level 3 Diploma in Residential childcare with i-Success Academy.

It is a good company and they were with me from the start to the end and made sure my work was done and submitted on time.
